I'm sorry that your order didn't arrive as quickly as usual. I'm not sure whether you saw the post we made to all Brand Ambassadors to let you know that, much to our surprise, we'd had several reports of orders taking longer to arrive over the past few weeks. We dispatch orders from our warehouse swiftly after they're placed so this is unusual. We then saw in the news that Royal Mail have been fined by Ofcom for "consistent failure to meet delivery targets".
As such we are looking into all options, tracked deliveries with Royal Mail and services provided by other companies, we will update all Brand Ambassadors shortly with these changes.

I absolutely love these products
I absolutely love these products, Heather Grinter a clean living rep was brilliant and really helped me to understand the products, they have a lovely fresh yet delicate scent, so good for anyone who doesn't like strong smelling products. The Limescale remover is my favourite, it doesn't really have a smell yet it makes everything so shiny. Also the laundry sheets make clothes smell lovely and fresh. I would definitely recommend these products.

I love these cleaning products - it makes so much sense to use what nature has always done so well - to use the good bacteria for good instead of killing it along with the bad. They work really well, smell lovely, and are eco in every way currently possible. I love that as a company they're always trying to improve.

Wow just wow, I was a little sceptical when I first used the products but they did not disappoint. They literally just eat the dirt/marks. The glass cleaner is amazing not a streak in sight.
