This is the only service that helped me with my problematic audio. But not without nuances. For some reason, during the restoration of the sound, small pieces of audio were cut. Several seconds are lost. I know that if I choose the default settings, the service will remove pauses, stuttering, and word repetitions. But I created a template myself, where I unchecked these options. It was only important for me to restore the audio. But still, the service cut off a few seconds, and now I will have to adjust this audio track to the video sequence. It will take some time.
Conclusion: I liked the service, but what happened is an inconvenient and unpleasant moment.

Terrible. I have to upload the same thing like 3 times to get it to SOMETIMES work.

After uploading for like 30 mins and selecting a new password to login my upload suddenly disappeared and I had to start from scratch. The free use of cleanvoice ai is sooo bad that people would be better off if it just would not exist at all. What a waste of time.

Never obtained the sign up confirmation email

Tried out this service for a 38 minute audio file, for which i purchased the 5hr credit before starting. I wasnt super happy with the end result, it didnt really compare with the demo video.

However, on contacting them through their support email contact (@) cleanvoice.ai politely asking for a refund if possible, they replied and started the refund process within the hour, and it came through the next day.

As technology improves i expect this service to get better for a wider range of samples, and im sure it does function well for a niche few applications right now.

Left this review as i noticed several were low stars, but that was not my experience here so i wanted to let people know :)

Seems to be mixed reviews here and I'm no audio expert, because all I use it for is short (2-3 min) videos with absolutely dreadful audio. By dreadful I mean background hiss, people talking a bit, a few faint knocks and bangs here and there, even a muffled cough once in a while ... and it's utterly brilliant. Just one pass on a standard setting and it's as clear as I'd ever hoped.
I've tried Audacity and tied myself in knots, Crumplepop which seemed good but still too complex, and others I've given up on too quickly to remember. I think this software has given me a whole chunk of my life (and mental energy) back.
There's lots more to this tool than I can be bothered with, so all I can say is that if you're like me, hellishly busy on a million things and just want to clean up audio without a whole lot of techie twiddling, I'd say you're likely to love it.
And I don't recognise the comments on customer service failing to respond because they've been pretty immediate with me.
Downsides? As I've said, I'm no expert, and for my limited purposes there aren't any. Simple as that.

Started off really well, now pants. No one replies when you have a query and they won't return your money.

Just found out, that the free 30 mins work better (no lag, bug or waiting) than the 30H plan a mouth.

Never work properly, sometime I need to upload 3 times the same work to be done.
Everytime you need to pay, the support doesn't exist, they never reply.
The workload is unconsistent, when someone might respond over Twitter, they just say they made an update.
Seems like they update their platform every 5 mins.
Actually I definitly not recommand it.
You gonna loose money, and time.
Go see some other plateform with a more efficient service and aftersale.

I think as far as I know this is the best audio enhancing tool, it even Blbeats Adobe podcast in background noise reduction
