I had great communication from start to finish with Robby. He was able to cater for our requirements of evening training times.
The in-person training was interactive and Robby was able to make reasonable adjustments for all my staff to participate, with their differing knowledge and experience.
Robby made the staff feel at ease, and this is the best way for staff to learn and build there confidence.
He was able to use real life "stories" from his own experiences to make the training more meaningful.
Even though Clear Aid was not local to us, the price of the training was very reasonable.

Just completed the 12 hour paediatric with this company.
Did half on line which was actually quite easy and that’s coming from someone who is rubbish with technology.
The class work was done over 2 evenings and our trainer Robby did well to keep it fun whilst teaching us at the end of a working day.

Great experience to learn about paediatric first aid.
Very complete and informative, very glad to do this course, I feel more confident in case something happens with my child in case of choking but also to recognise what to do in case of fall, or other issues.

I contacted Robby as a few of our baby group wanted to do a first aid course prior to weaning. Rob was hugely accommodating and was able to tailor the course to our needs. He was prompt in his communication and the delivery of the course (and reassurance of us as parent) was excellent. He also had first aid kits and books to buy which we all did.

Robby was brilliant!!! He made what is normal a long course and day into something fun and enjoyable all while learning to save a life!!

We used Clear Aid to carry out a fire risk assessment which was rather urgent. I cannot fault the experience - Robby was in touch straight away and completed the work in less than a week. Super professional service and the whole process was explained. I would recommend them to anyone!

I attended a Saturday First Aid Training hosted by Robby in order to update my knowledge/certificate for the nursery I work with. Robby was very knowledgeable and very informative throughout the training, there was no judgement for being wrong and would give great advice, there were dummies for us to practice on and first aid boxes to become familiar with during case scenarios that we acted out. Robby was also understanding towards one of our colleagues that had experienced a traumatic event recently and wasn't able to join an activity straight away and supported them to ensure they were able to complete their task. There was also a pub quiz to keep things fun and fresh and got us all competitive to try and won a CPR Face Shield.

This has hands down been the best First Aid Training I've attended so far, there was also an opportunity to buy my own certified first aid kit and more in-depth books about first aid in addition to extra CPR Face Shields which were all very reasonably priced!

Found the course an excellent opportunity to get prepared for our first baby. Learnt so much and everything was very clear and to the point.
