Companies House records show ClearCycle Ltd entered administration on 10 April 2026
I placed an order with ClearCycle Ltd / “ClearCycle Trade” in May 2026 for just under £100 through the Shop App using Google Pay.
After payment was taken, I received no proper order acknowledgement or delivery information. The only evidence of the order was within the Shop App and my ClearCycle account, while my bank confirmed payment had been processed.
I sent several emails asking for an update, but every response appeared to be the same generic automated reply regardless of the question asked. I also tried calling the only mobile contact number provided multiple times and left several messages regarding my order and delivery, but never received a response.
Afterwards, I discoverd that Companies House records show ClearCycle Ltd entered administration on the 10 April 2026.
I have now had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction due to non-delivery and lack of communication.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution before purchasing from ClearCycle.

Delivery Issues
I booked a Monday delivery by replying 'YES' to their message but nobody showed up. I re-booked for Thursday and explained I would not be there but left specific instructions for a safe space monitored by cctv. Nobody replied saying this was an issue or that it needed signing for however they turned up anyway but would not deliver. Now they want £30 for another delivery. The robot pretending to be customer Service was neither helpful or understanding or even aknowledged that they had failed to deliver on the Monday, despite me providing proof.

We’ve reviewed both delivery attempts.
The Monday delivery was triggered correctly following your “YES” confirmation, but it was not completed within the delivery network. The Thursday attempt was made, but the driver could not complete delivery as the consignment requires specific handover conditions that cannot be overridden by safe place instructions.
As both attempts were unsuccessful under the applicable delivery terms, a re-delivery fee has been applied in line with our policy.

Bought a rattan sofa set for a fraction…
Bought a rattan sofa set for a fraction of the RRP and it was amazing. Delivery was much quicker than estimated, arrived in 5 days when I was expecting much longer.
Although it was listed as refurbished, you genuinely couldn’t tell. Not a single mark, scratch, or sign of wear anywhere, and it even came with all the original plastic still on. Felt like unboxing a brand new set. The sofa itself is beautiful. The rattan weave feels sturdy and well made, and the cushions are comfortable. It’s transformed our garden space and looks far more expensive than you’d expect.
Highly recommend for great quality and a smooth buying experience.

Really happy with this purchase, delivered 3/4 days after ordering. The sofa i received was in great condition, if I received this new front retail I would not have been able to tell the difference! 10 Stars would be more appropriate! I recently purchased a matching sofa, armchair, footstool and accessories from DFS but they failed to deliver the armchair, instead of sending a silver velvet one they sent a chocolate coloured one - an easy mistake to make?
I got a refund from DFS of ~£650 in the end but would have been left without an armchair if it wasn't for this marvellous company who not only saved the day by being able to get me the exact matching item, but saving me a small fortune as well!
Even though I made a mistake on the order by putting my old address on it, they quickly and easily corrected this for me with no trouble at all, and efficient & careful delivery took place ahead of my schedule expectations. I cannot fault the quality of the armchair, it is 100% as new and perfectly matches my other purchases and I have saved enough money for a holiday by working with ClearCycle. I only wish I'd approached them in the first place and not gone to DFS!
Every stage of this purchase was seamless and turned what was a near (first world) disaster into a most satisfying experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
