Shaz was very helpful even though there was no promise of a big commission in my case.

I was unaware of what to do in my situation. Stephen finally cleared things up for me and I can now rest and move on.

Clear estate has been a great company to work with. They are always ready to answer my questions and have done a great job easing my stresses and helping me through the probate process.

They made everything smooth and streamlined during each step. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner.

Shaz Dal was very helpful, informative, and it was a no-pressure call. He addressed my questions and guided me through the process in how to complete the necessary papers.

We are very disappointed with our experience with Clear Estate. Initially we were told we would have 1 hour complimentary meeting but when we asked questions at this meeting, we were told that since we haven't paid they cannot give us any advice. The one hour complimentary meeting lasted only 20 min with us signing up. There were no questions asked as to whether we needed an executor or not or explaining what the different tiers might be. We felt bulldozed into signing up for the most costliest plan that they have without asking us whether we really needed that plan. We were also told that we could cancel any time, thus we opted to pay by instalments in case we are not satisfied with our experience. Then in the subsequent months, we downloaded our informations and our previous POA and Personal Directives onto the 'vault'. The consultant Kim did work with us on a new Will but we were very uncomfortable with the wordings because it would give Clear Estate a lot of power over the estate. We then decided to terminate their service. At this point we had already paid for 6 months of their service (downloading onto their vault and discussing our Will) which we did not complete. We submitted our previous POA and Personal Directive which were not changed in any way and no reviews were done. We were told that with no future withdrawals would take place from here on which was not the case. When we tried getting a refund of the amount paid after the termination, we were promised phone calls back which did not happen. I had called half a dozen times and talked to 3 different individuals and each time I was assured that I would get a call back which never happened. They are very good talkers, but no actions with follow up. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Shaz was fantastic, he answered all my questions, advised me of the next steps. He explained everything to me in such a way it was easy for me to understand.
I now know my legal rights and have a good idea what my next steps are in dealing with my friends estate.
I thank you and appreciate all your help. It was a pleasure. Shaz is a very intelligent and young man, he knows and does his job very well.
I will more than likely contact your company in the near future to edit my last wishes, after learning some of the legal issues that could arise for the executor. I don t wish the same issues to happen to my next of kin, not to mention the time and money it takes to resolve everything upon my next of kin.
