I had a poor previous experience with another conveyancing firm and switched to him, and he was great from the get go, very patient, thorough, and really walked me through each step as we went. We encountered an issue with the title deeds on the property and whilst I had a panic, Mohammed managed to sort it all quickly so we could get ahead with the sale.
