Outstanding Planners and Exceptional Customer Service!
I recently purchased the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly planners from Clear Mind Concepts, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The planners are beautifully designed with high-quality paper, and the tear-off pages make them incredibly practical for everyday use. As someone who loves to stay organised, these planners have quickly become essential to my daily routine.
When I received my order, I was initially disappointed to find that the Daily planner had some damaged and torn pages. However, the response from Clear Mind Concepts was genuinely exceptional. I reached out to them, explaining the issue, and I was immediately impressed by their prompt and courteous response, which reassured me of their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Tom, one of the co-owners, personally addressed my concern, apologised for the inconvenience, and reassured me that this was not the standard they aimed for. He explained that the damage likely occurred during transit and promptly arranged for a replacement planner to be sent to me.
The replacement planner arrived swiftly, packaged carefully, and in perfect condition. The customer service experience was outstanding, turning what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. As a small business owner, I truly appreciate the importance of excellent customer service, which Clear Mind Concepts certainly delivered.
