Paid for five reports. Successfully got one report. Tried to order a second report. It won't let me. It wants me to pay again. What a scam.

Useless report, in my case, no other info than I've gotten for free (car model specs) - bought because of misleading information that stated "This car could have been in an accident" with a big red exclamation mark, implying that there was more info on payed version ... Of course, no information on any accidents or any other info that was not already provided for free!

Very good customer service had a technical problem. They gave me a free report and refunded my money.

I chose ClearVIN over the other similar sites because of its leading page. The page had text that implied/misled that it would supply accident reports other that the typical retitling/salvage reports. Most all of the other sites stated more clearly the difference between this reporting. I didn't get the report that was implied.

The report was easy to read and showed things I wouldn’t have found on my own. It gave me much more confidence before moving forward. I like that don't change the subscription like others and have friendly support.

Terribly out of date information on title and sales info. Not at all worth the money.

Inaccurate report. No way to get refund or something that actually looks exactly like window sticker. Misleading site

clearvin.com is a scam site that uses fake buyers to steal money. I paid for their overpriced report, and the buyer ghosted me. I disputed the charge with my bank. Don’t trust anyone asking for reports from this site.
