From ordering my new windows to having them installed was a seamless, efficient process. The staff were helpful and there was no hard sell. The guys worked hard to install the windows and I have to say they have transformed the look of my home.

I researched replacement roofs from various suppliers also different systems I choose Equinox for the quality and insulation properties. Clear vision were my areas preferred installers and were professional from start to finish I even recommend them to my neighbour who is also having his replaced.

Clear Vision fitted an Air Conditioning Unit in our lounge.
Nick the Manager was so helpful from start to finish. Unit was fitted within a week of ordering and the installation team were excellent, finishing the exterior cables exactly as we wanted.
Nick came to visit when installation was completed to make sure we were happy with everything.
Would definitely recommend this company.

Our conservatory is south facing,it was like a oven in Summer and freezing cold in Winter a large part of the house but totally a waste of space
Now thanks to Clear Vision i have a beautiful solid tiled roof,and the inside feels like a extra room.
Nick fully explained the procedure,and has been fantastic all the way through answering any queries,and is extremely knowledgeable
The fitters were great guys hard working and friendly infact the roof was off in less tha half an hour.

We needed just one window replacing. We called a couple of companies, one of which is in our village. Said they would get back to us, but radio silence thereafter 🙄. Perhaps our job was too small for them 😠. I heard an advert for Clear Vision Windows on the radio and gave them a call. Brilliant - got a good quote, a small lead time, they came when they said they would, were efficient and tidy and fitters were nice lads. I spoke to the same bloke (Nick) every time, he was always available for any queries. We read the reviews before hand and were not particularly concerned about the one or two issues. We would use them again gladly, and would have no hesitation recommending to our friends and family.

The decision to engage with Clear Vision for the work I wanted was a huge one for me.
However, the team at Clear Vision were very helpful and reassuring. They are a very professional and friendly group of people where nothing I asked was too much trouble.

We chose the Company from a number that quoted to complete a major conservatory upgrade including a new roof and widening the internal access. Our choice was based upon a number of factors, not just price, and included consideration of reviews, personal contact and quality of product. The project included replacement windows and doors - so a significant amount of work.

The complete installation took about 10 days but was completed very professionally. There were, of course, a number of minor issues but all were resolved very quickly and the follow up has been excellent.

The result has exceeded our expectations and impressed our family, friends and neighbours. We are delighted with the results.

Difficult bay windows replaced effectively and professionally.

We had replacement windows and doors fitted. From our intial enquiry to installation we can not fault the staff at Clear Vision. The quality of the products and installation is outstanding. Looking forward to the winter as I'm sure our house will be easier to heat. I would recommend Clear Vision to everyone. Thankyou Nick and Gary and all your team.

The wrong door arrived we asked for letter box at the bottom like the surveyors sketch but the letter box was in the middle however we decided to not send it back, the fitter Garry did a good job

Absolutely outstanding service. Very quick turnaround from enquiring to getting a site measure. Windows arrived on time and was fit perfectly over two days.

Clear vision supplied and fitted my garden room, the guys who fitted it couldn’t do enough for me from start to finish.

Do not trust this company for anything more than fitting windows & doors.
Bullet points
6/4/24 started engineered raft foundation builder removed pre laid MOT foundation approximately 30Ton’s.
7/4/24 laid re bar grid on soil then laid 210 mm concrete slab onto top grid
NO SUB BASE.
8/4/2024 built dwarf walls.
Clear vision took just over 7 days to complete conservatory including electrics, plumbing and plastering.
22/5 /24 conservatory flooded 6” water.
26/5/24 second flood put in.
Remedy fill floor with 10” of concrete
No insulation or screed.
Final inspection Integral BCS.
I pointed out no sub base and base not built to structural engineers plans.
Clear Vision had not employed a structural engineer .
New engineer appointed but Clear Vision fell out with them so another engineer appointed.
New engineer advised building to be demolished and start again.
Clear Vision tried everything they could to avoid this but in the end demolished.
On 5/10/24 rebuild started.
27/10/24 New ceiling collapsed
Then patched.
Insulation &screed floor laid.
01/01/2025 conservatory flooded again
DPM not tied into damp course.
Conservatory failed final inspection 28/2/25.
Still waiting for date for floor to be replaced.
If you think Clear Vision staff are fantastic & helpful wait until things go wrong you will see the other side.

I liked your reply, you have blamed everyone else for this debacle but clear vision. I think Josh wrote this reply as it’s his usual (I’m the victim here) narrative
Josh is the MDs husband.
You mentioned the first builder not being up to your usual standards,
didn’t you check out the quality of his work first or did you employ him because his son works at Clear Vision.
You stated you brought in a structural engineer for the rebuild. I informed you at our first meeting the raft needed to be designed by a structural engineer but As Josh was running the show he decided to cut corners.
You also blamed me for the delay in the final inspection I would like to know HOW.
You are now having to rip out the screed floor as the structural engineer designed it wrong.
The structural engineers and myself are baffled by this, at what point is king span and screed floor STRUCTURAL ?
you have offered £270 as a redecoration allowance this doesn't nearly cover the cost.
The 3rd leak on the 01/01/2025 caused because the screed floor experts as you called them didn’t tie the DPM into the damp proof course creating a secure water tight tank.
This had a knock on effect while the screed floor was drying it released moisture into the conservatory which affected the paint this will need to be removed before re painting.
Your remedial work will cause a lot of dust so the conservatory will require a professional clean before the painters come in.
You also stated clear vision has installed hundreds of conservatory’s funny I can’t find any reviews on this as you have only been trading since 2022 I find that hard to believe but then again that’s Josh
