Cleerly, Second time around
This is the second time i used Cleerly and as a contractor the process can be complex, Cleerly (Specifically William Coe and Jay-Jorja Slack) were fantastic in understanding, researching and offering the best product that suited my needs. They also put in a lot of effort with the lender to explain the complexities and got a mortgage offer over the line in 2-3weeks.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone !

I can’t recommend Cleerly Ltd highly enough! They handled my case so smoothly and professionally. I can’t recommend Cleerly highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. As a contractor, my situation wasn’t straightforward—especially with a contract that had no specified dates—and many brokers simply couldn’t help. Cleerly, however, took the time to understand my circumstances and guided me through every step with clarity and confidence.
Alasdair was outstanding from beginning to end. He explained everything clearly, patiently answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and reassuring.
A big thank you as well to Jack G, who kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent and made me feel supported and never left wondering what was happening next.

Will was brilliant from start to…
Will was brilliant from start to finish, very reassuring and was confident he could find me the right mortgage to suit my needs. Being a contractor I had previously gone through the process of getting a mortgage in principle only for it to fall through when the lender didn’t understand how my pay was structured. Will reassured me that he was used to communicating effectively with lenders about my type of work, everything was smooth and I was constantly kept up to date. I couldn’t speak more highly of this service. Will and his colleagues have been great!
