Cleerly reps were supportive…
Cleerly reps were supportive throughout, albeit a lot of work can be done yourself, they made the process seamless and managed a lot of the hassle which would usually come with attempting a lot of the work by yourself. With someone with a busy lifestyle, they made this process easy and always recommended good services to use.

I came across Cleerly when I was…
I came across Cleerly when I was recommend by a friend. I wasn’t sure based on my recent change to self employment that I would be able to get a mortgage so soon. Clearly was able to source me a mortgage with a fantastic rate so I was able to secure my dream home within a matter of weeks. The whole experience was very pleasant and made it seem easy. Following the accepted mortgage they assisted with providing me with life and critical Insurance cover as well as recommending a solicitor. Cleerly was a one stop shop for everything I needed and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I worked with Lewis at trusted cleerly mortgages, he was brilliant. I needed to get find a mortgage as a contractor and he managed to source me a very good mortgage deal that was whole of the market with a good rate. Cleerly delivered where other brokers…
Cleerly delivered where other brokers could not. I had a mortgage application declined prior to moving to Cleerly, my last mortgage broker was certain that I could not borrow the amount I needed.
When I first spoke to Will from Cleerly his confidence in being able to represent my diverse freelance income seemed too good to be true, but a few weeks later I was sent my mortgage offer through. Their deep knowledge and relationship with underwriters clearly makes the difference in their ability to get you a product.
They also had great opening times around the Christmas break and were always available to chat things through. Incredibly thorough and great service all round.
I couldn’t recommend them more.

Outstanding service from Olivia
We couldn’t rate Olivia at Clearly any higher!!! We had very complicated and stressful circumstances which meant the whole process of selling our home and arranging a mortgage on an onward purchase took 18 months. She worked with us at every step of the way and took the time to explore all of our options multiple times over!! Her communication was outstanding and we can’t thank her enough!!!

It took me a while to find a property I…
It took me a while to find a property I wanted to buy and time it correctly but cleerly supported me along the way the whole time keeping me updated with rate changes and answering any questions I had with regards to myself employed eligibility.

Decent place waylaid by 1990s tech, got sent a link that didn't work - when notified didn't get a response but many more automated spam emails with the same broken link. Not the advisor's fault but speaks volumes to the company's worrying digital posture in 2024.

If you need a rabbit pulling out of a…
If you need a rabbit pulling out of a hat, Olivia is the contact you need. I was turned down by multiple brokers who refused to engage-brain or think outside the “computer says no” mindset.
Even if you have quite a straight-forward case, I’d recommend Olivia as someone who is a total professional and makes the mortgage application process quite effortless. The Cleerly application process also pre-fills a lot of data, so you don’t have to repeatedly enter the same thing on five different forms, which I actually really appreciated. There’s an online progress tracker and document upload function, which kept everything in one place. It’s all preferable to the alternative when you have so many other things to do. I’ve used brokers in the past and this was a very different experience.
Experienced, knowledgeable, confident, unflappable - exactly what we needed at a very stressful time. Thank you for helping us secure our home Olivia.

What a fantastic experience
What a fantastic experience, Will gave us clear direction from day one, selected the best mortgage for our circumstances and got us the yes we craved. We tried a few other lenders first through a different company and after multiple knock backs saw an ad for cleerly mortgages and decided to give them a try, best thing we ever did, if I knew then what I know now we would have gone to cleerly first.
