Mixed feelings about customer experience.

I did not have any issue with customer service getting back to me with the issues I had however I will not purchase again, particularly from the discounted items do to to the fact that their sizing is not consistent and then you’re stuck with the item. I purchased jeans in my normal size and they are like 2-3 sizes big. I emailed and simplify asked to pay to exchange do to the sizing being WAY off and I was told too bad. I don’t think this is a fair way to do business. Not when the sizing is so off and I was even willing to pay for all fees etc. Told me enough that I won’t purchase again which is a shame because I had gotten several dresses. I did have a good experience where there exchanged a dress that I had worn once that had pulls and snags all over after one wear. They gladly exchanged it and I appreciated it. What I don’t appreciate is being stuck with giant jeans and now having to try to give them away or sell them. I understand a policy but when the company is at fault and they cannot accept responsibility and make it right I do not need to do business with them. I truly thought after the first time they were helpful they were a fair and decent company but I was disappointed. Beware and do not buy sale items if you are not 100 percent sure on sizing which you can’t be of sizes are in consistent.

This was once my favorite store

This was once my favorite store, I went to several stores found nothing in my size it was suggested by two incredibly ride associates to order the items for store or home delivery. I found four outfits online I wanted, ordered and paid. I should say I ordered from three other stores same day. I have items from other stores recieved within 5 days. My Cleo items have been removed altered as of January 6th. Until Jan 6th my cart stayed in the order received status. Now all the blouses from my order have been removed as of January 6th and the status is stuck on awaiting shipment. January 6th was last time it was looked at. I know I will not get these items. Myself and 15 other people I have shared this with have said they will never go back to this store toys r us or Northern Reflections to purchase clothes.

Disappointing experience.

incomplete order shipped for which i am charged the full amount. The customer service doesn't respond to emails.To top it all,there's no phone number to contact them either. I ordered twice, one after the other- received one incomplete order whereas there's no update on the second one even after almost 3 weeks of placing the order.

Poor Communication

Customer Service does not respond to emails, codes hardly work but you cannot complain because you will not get a reply. Most items are non-returnable even if you do not have correct sizes. Awful customer service.

Do not order online

10+ business days and my order still hasn’t shipped, only auto response when you send an email inquiry and no other way to contact them. They have no problem taking your money as soon as you place the order (unlike other online stores) but then don’t provide any service after that. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere.

Don't Expect Your Order Anytime Soon

Took 6 emails and 4 weeks to get my order. Half of it was missing so i had to email them a 7th time to request a refund of the items not delivered. Had I not contacted them, they would not have refunded me.
Horrible customer service. No number to call to speak with a representative which would have speeded up this process.
Its a real shame Cleo has dropped to this level.
Do not wate your time, money, and patience with this company.

Terrible experience

I ordered from the website and the item doesn’t fit, tried to contact them using the email address and the portal but no response.
They clearly just want to take your money but not provide the follow up service that they say they will on their website.
Do not order from this company unless you want to get scammed

COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU AFTER CANCELING AND NOT LET YOU USE THE SERVICES THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FOR BECAUSE YOU CANCELED. THEY WONT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS EITHER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY ARE RUDE AF AND ARE JUST LOOKING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. DO NOT USE. I USE APPS LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME AND THIS IS THE WORST OF THE WORST.

Cleo has my order and my money and won’t help

I ordered a few things online on Jan 1, 2025 and used the same delivery address as usual, Purolator failed to deliver the item to the correct address, failed to follow subsequent directions and instead returned the items to cleo. contacted cleo multiple times via email, only received the form going out of business letter, same response when calling the store, calling customer service resulted in a wait time of over 45 minutes and a disconnected call, cleo has the merchandise and my money and won’t provide a meaningful response or resolution. Do Not order online you won’t receive any help from cleo and purolator will likely mess up the delivery.

Knowing there was a very good chance of a postal strike they took my order and shipped with Canada post anyway, sure and behold they go on strike 2 days later now won't get my order till after Christmas. Will be my last order!

Item sizing can not be trusted

I ordered a ladies extra small regular size sweater from their online store. It was anything but extra small. I measured across the chest of the sweater and it came in at 40 inches. The sweater fits a male figure. I contacted customer service and received a standard reply assigning a ticket number and that's it. None of their retail stores are convenient for return so I had to return by mail at an outrageous cost of 19.00. Buyer beware. Their sizing can not be trusted.

Disappointed

I recently bought what I thought was lovely navy dress pants until I washed them. I did not put them in the dryer because they were rayon and they shrunk in length anyway. I am really disappointed.

I recently gave a 5 star review after…

I recently gave a 5 star review after shopping at Cleo in store. I signed up for email notifications and was delighted to receive a 50% off offer. There was a cute jumpsuit that I wanted to purchase.
I could not get the site to cooperate and emailed multiple times for assistance only to be ignored.
This seems like a scam to inundate the person with multiple emails and offers that are unavailable.

I shop in the Cleo Store in Spruce…

I shop in the Cleo Store in Spruce Grove, Alberta. The service, pride, care and attention that Brenda and Gail take in making your shopping experience is exceptional. I had questions about the online ordering and Brenda was so helpful. So looking forward to my order coming in. And of course, I had to see the new spring stock and found a few pieces to add to my closet. The store is always so clean and organized. Thank you so much.

I'm a Cleo fashion fan!

Cleo is an awesome store. They focus on work wear for women in sizes 0-20 / XS-XXL. They sell regular size clothing, but are one of the very few stores that also offer stylish clothing options for petite women. I'm 5 feet tall and have finally been able to purchase a blazer that fits! Quality is good to excellent for the price paid. I shop online most of the time and have never had a bad experience in store while returning an item purchased online. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. I love shopping at Cleo!
