⚠️ BEWARE – FRAUD COMPANY ⚠️

I am writing this review to warn everyone who is considering using Cleritbiz for their business setup needs in the UAE. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I registered my first company with them in Ajman, and the entire process was made unnecessarily complicated and difficult. Despite that horrible experience, I trusted them again for a second company and paid AED 1,800 upfront. However, since we had not finalized a company name or business activity at the time, we decided not to proceed — and absolutely NO work or process had been started on their end.

When I requested a full refund, they refused and claimed their "policy" only allows a 50% refund — even though not a single step had been taken on our file. They are essentially holding AED 900 for doing NOTHING.

I personally visited their office to resolve the matter. That is when their associate, Vijaylakshmi, showed her true colors. Her behavior was shocking, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. Instead of addressing my concerns, she was rude and dismissive.

It has now been MORE THAN 8 MONTHS and I have not received a single dirham back.

This is not just bad customer service — this is daylight robbery. If a company does zero work and still refuses to refund your money, that speaks volumes about their integrity and ethics.

I urge everyone — DO NOT trust Cleritbiz with your money or your business. Save yourself the stress, the loss, and the humiliation. There are far more reputable and honest business setup consultants in the UAE.

I used Cleritbiz.ae for company formation and visa processing in the UAE. The entire process was a huge disappointment with constant delays and hidden charges.
Company formation and visa took a full 2 months to complete. After that, I decided to manage my company directly on the portal instead of letting Cleritbiz handle everything on my behalf. I requested an NOC to make the switch.
Their consultant Mr. Sufiyan had assured me before payment that issuing an NOC would be straightforward with no issues. But when I asked for it after all the follow-ups, they suddenly demanded 6000 AED. This fee was never mentioned at any stage. It is ridiculous and far higher than the cost of a new business license.
The same pattern happened with the salary certificate. I needed it urgently for family visa sponsorship. Cleritbiz never mentioned any extra cost upfront. When I requested it, their Business Development Manager, Vijayalaxmi, demanded 870 AED. She was vague, dismissive, and acted like the fee was obvious, even though nothing was disclosed earlier.
After payment, the operations team became unresponsive. Follow-ups went ignored for weeks. Every basic document came with a surprise fee.
Cleritbiz hides charges to extract more money. They promise easy service but deliver delays, poor communication, and unexpected costs.
I strongly advise against using Cleritbiz.ae. You will waste time and money. Choose a transparent and reliable company for your business setup and visa needs in the UAE.

Scam company

Be extremely careful with this agency if you are a business owner in the UAE. I am currently facing a major issue regarding my license renewal.
Even though my Residence Visa and Emirates ID are valid until January 2027, CleritBiz is demanding a flat 'package fee' of 10,000 AED for my renewal. This is almost the same price as their 'All-Inclusive New Setup' package (10,800 AED), which includes a new visa.
I have already escalated this matter to the Ajman Free Zone (ANCFZ) authority for investigation. I highly recommend looking for a more honest and transparent agency for your business setup and renewals.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a service provider. We agreed on a fixed fee for my company registration (with 4 shareholders), they said “okay” and we signed. Later, they suddenly demanded more money for the same shareholders they already knew about from the start. They took 5,500 AED just for Ejari, trade name reservation, MoA, and initial approval — charges far above normal. Now it’s been over 20 days in Dubai and more than half the work is still pending. Every day of delay is costing me money and mental peace. This is not just unprofessional — it’s cheating, false promises, and harassment of the client. I feel trapped, scammed, and deeply frustrated. A complete betrayal of trust. Avoid at all costs.
