Some years ago, after a job loss and medical bills piling up, I was missing multiple payments and in tons of debt. I saw so many good and excellent testimonies that motivated me to give them a trial. Few days after I trusted them with funds and requested information, Pinnacle Credit Specialist increased my scores to 820. I'm happy to be free from all debts including Home Equity and Credit Card debts just in a few weeks. I was just approved for a credit card with a $7000 limit.

I was in the low 500s (about 537-541 depending on the bureau) and trying to figure out the best path forward. A few years ago my life completely changed. My friend told me about PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST and their wonders, i immediately researched them and found so many good recommendations about them on Quora that made me contact them immediately and explained to the customer care representative about my predicaments. He promised me of their expertise in handling all credit score issues. He demanded some of my information which I gave him. After 5 days he got my credit fixed by increasing my credit scores to 801 Experian, 809 Equifax and 815 TransUnion. He also removed all negative items including collections and utility bills. Becarful this guy is a complete scam I ask him to cancel my service they turn around offer me free 2 months than after that they go ahead and start charging me $99.99 again. Did absolutely nothing in 8 months!

During my consultation I was told my issues could be resolved in 3-5 months. They charge $100 per month. After 5 months I asked when I would see a change in my credit score. They said give it a few more months. At the 7 month mark I requested that my account be cancelled. I was told that they just needed a little more time and they would give me 2 months free so that they could resolve my issues. I let them know that I did not want them to charge my card again. After the 2 months they charged me again anyway. I wrote them and told them to cancel my account and refund the fee. Instead they kicked me out of the portal and denied me access to my account with them. So I disputed the charge with my credit card. They lied and told my credit card that I never requested a cancellation. Good thing I have screenshots. These people are scammers

After a year of working with them, they did not complete a single thing they said they would. I also requested to cancel by email and they refused. There was no other way on their site or by Instagram or Phone # to get them to cancel. I had to block the charges from my bank and they sent documents to my bank stating that I had signed a contract with terms of cancellation that I had not met even though I submitted evidence of 4 months worth of attempts to contact them through every potential avenue. They responded to my cancellation email asking for a few more months for free to which I responded I did not want them to and asked them again to immediately cancel me, which they did not. I had to close that bank account and open a new one.

Anybody got the phone number for them? Nobody called me yet and its been like 2 weeks..

I started with Ayman 3 months ago. It’s $100 a month and asked for updates on my account via text, dm, email and there was no response. This company is a fraud I would like a refund of the money they have taken from me without service. I wish there was a way to upload pictures of all the times I’ve reached out without response

Worst company to work with.
They have not done one single thing and still charge me every month.. after I let them know multiple times to cancel services.
