Device was delivered with scratches and cracks all over, including the screen. It also would not charge at all. Bought from Click2Go through Amazon and was able to return for a refund, but lost £12 on postage.

I bought a refurbished iPhone SE described as in “excellent” condition. The sound was very poor and Fone World in Weymouth said it needed a new speaker. It also needed cleaning but the sound still wasn’t as good as my old SE. Click 2 go wouldn’t refund the repair cost or have anything more to do with the phone. They clearly didn’t check the phone was working well before selling it. I thought buying a refurbished phone from Amazon would be a safe bet. But definitely not. Avoid buying from Click 2 go

Bought an item through back market from them. Premium condition my back side! Scam artists relying on people not going through the hustle of having to return their sub-standard items, in the hope of one day getting our money back. Avoid avoid avoid!

On a été victime de leur arnaque, après avoir réservé 2 billet et payé le solde totale avec notre carte de crédit, 5 minutes plus tard, ils nous ont téléphoné,pour nous réclamer 500$ canadiens en plus, et nous dire qu’il n’y a plus trop de places, au prix demandé….grosse arnaque, l’avion était loin d’être complet, et ils nous avaient surclassé qu’ils ont dit au téléphone, rien de cela, nous avons réglé nos bagages en soute…
Morale de l’histoire, ne jamais réserver avec click2go…

À oui, ils nous disent bien au téléphone que si vous ne règle pas les 498$ de plus, il garde le 1 ère paiements,car nous avions pas pris l’assurance qu’ils nous proposent, lors de la réservation….

Poor service highly recommend not buying from here. I brought an iPad from the delivery was terrible item delivered and still saying it hadn’t been dispatched so no way of tracking then there was no pin set on the device or no signed delivery anyone couldn’t have taken it in and been stolen then it gets a whole lot worse turn the item on screen has a line going through it. There reply was send it back to us at my cost and they would take a look to see if they could repair it so I’m out of pocket I highly doubt not recommend buying from this company

Scheduled 2 days out. The delivery window you select isn't the window they actually observe (their window is +/- one hour), when items are out of stock the tip isn't adjusted accordingly. The customer support # is a turned-off phone without voicemail set up. Just avoid this crap.

The IPad I ordered was disgusting!
It had food all around edges!
Meant to be in excellent condition!

Purchased an "excellent" condition refurbed iPad from Back-Market which came via these guys. It had a fake/replacement screen on it that sat about 1mm proud of the casing, and the aluminium body was scratched and covered in marks. Very disappointing to see resellers trying to fool customers this way.

This is so easy and convenient. I use this feature at least once a week.The staff at the Bremerton commissary is friendly and always ready to help.

I have to keep telling same thing to fix or replace the device but they never do! They sell faulty devices, don’t fix or no refund!

Absolutely fantastic star service from start to finish. Having purchased from another seller on Amazon Amazon and was left disappointed, This company for the same price delivered a pristine iPhone with literally no marks or scratches and everything as described on Amazon so will definitely purchase from them again. Very happy customer here

Honestly if I could give this company no stars i would, as per previous review. I am still waiting for my refund for a device sent to me that didn’t even work. Customer service is absolutely disgraceful. Please do pay attention to the one star reviews as this company does not care about customer service in anyway. They hide behind the scripted responses. I am absolutely gobsmacked Amazon are willing to use/promote them on their website.

Terrible so far . Received a faulty iPhone , which was supposed to be in excellent conditions . Instead it was frozen and completely broken ! I am still waiting for my refund after many days … is that a scam ? Possibly

Bought through back market from this company, item was totally faulty, no apology or explanation. Total con and scam!

Bought from this seller through back market.
Item arrived and didn’t even switch on, charged for several hours, still didn’t work, no lights worked so item totally dead, item clearly not checked before sent to me. I messaged to find out how to return item, no response, for several days I would receive 1 unhelpful message each day, had to work out how to return by myself. Returned item and several days later I got a refund, no apology, no explanation for receiving a faulty tablet. All I can think is this was a scam by the seller.
