ZERO STARS. Paid for expedited service and a week later was STILL having to constantly email them to prompt them to do the next steps.
Just do it yourself. It’s faster and cheaper and far less hassle.

I initially felt unsure because I didn’t receive updates right away, but the company clearly stated a 6‑week processing time — and they actually completed filing my dissolution in just 4 weeks. The payment process was smooth, and despite my early concerns, they delivered earlier than promised. I appreciate that they followed through and got everything filed ahead of schedule.

I called their number and left voicemail 2 times and its now been 5 days later and no phone call. They keep sending emails saying I need to do this or that and I had already done all those things a couple of days ago. They have very poor customer service.

They had me sign a few documents to start the process in which time I changed my mind about using them to close my business. I asked for a refund to which i have not received with daily back and forth emails for almost a week. They are not based in America it seems either. All email communication on their part was sent around 1 am central time. Absolutely absurd and unprofessional.

Do not use this company.

If this is your first time trying to dissolve a company then you shouldn't go through it alone. It's far better to use a service like this. I've worked with them for many times and the service is much better than one could expect.

The price is way too low for the value they provide. I am surprised nobody has come up with this before, at least no legit company in my area offers such services.

I closed 2 LLC's at the same day and it didn't cost me almost anything. Very efficient service, too bad I didn't find them earlier when I had more than 10 companies under me and I had to go through the process manually each time.

Dealing with the government is not for me, therefore I am always looking for services to handle these matters. This is not my first time using ClickDissolve and won't be my last... they know what to do and they do it fast.

Do not trust the fake reviews here with 5 star. They are not providing any services. This is a scam site managing outside US. Phone number listed on website will not work and you will not even receive email communication during USA times. It all seems very legitimate but it's not. They will keep on sending some random service agreements to sign and charge money. At the end you will sendup paying huge without any services and response.

I chose them for affordability and they seemed legitimate. I filed and did not get a confirmation email or anything but got charged to my card. Then I called two consecutive days and emailed three consecutive days and got no reply, except one text that said email them and not to call. Even though I had emailed them multiple times. They guarantee 24 hour response and so far I have got not even 72 hour response. I don’t care how well they do their work but if they don’t even give confirmation and reply to correspondence, it reflects to me a very
poor business. I will not use them again. If you can’t contact a company with whom your are placing your business into their hands then you can’t trust them.

I was quoted few thousand in legal fees by a competitive company and long turn around time. ClickDissolve was a prompt service with a very reasonable fee structure. They also helped me navigate both Delaware and CA legal paperwork that was promptly accepted.

If I have a folly to start another company and it fails, I'll definitely use this service again!

They take your money really fast from your account and you don't hear from them anymore

I had 2 different entities that I wanted to close but the process was a bit tricky. I am not going to get into details but they handled things from their end and this is exactly what I was expecting. Thanks all.

I did consult with their team before I proceeded with the service and things went alright. There was minimal effort required from my side, besides providing the details and filling the papers, not much was needed.

It took me ages the last time I did it myself as I had to redo everything a couple of time. Outsourcing is the best way to go about this.. these people have the skills and knowledge to get your company out of the way.
