Prompt customer service
The booking process was really easy and informative. Although I did have some specific questions to reached out for some more information and customer service have been so incredibly helpful and prompt. Really pleased to have booked with Clickncruise!

Helpful, good experience
They were friendly and helpful all along, and we will be choosing them again :) . We just wished to have more clear information about the ESTA in the US (we had to apply for a second one last minute right before boarding on the cruise ship in the terminal)

Utánajártam mi történt, úgy látom, hogy 2024 augusztus 16-án küldtük el a beutazási feltételeket a foglaláskor megadott email címre. Az email tárgya: "Beutazási feltételek az USA-ba utazó magyar állampolgárok számára". Kérlek szólj ha nem érkezett meg, hogy utánanézzünk hol lehet a hiba. CLICKnCRUISE very responsive
CLICKnCRUISE is a very responsive and helpful company. They answer very quickly and solve the problems right away. We have just booked a cruise with them. In just one day they sent the offer we accepted it and they booked it. We had issues with YC points and they also fixed it. Absolutely suggested!
