I had a fantastic experience using ClickTransfers and would highly recommend the service to anyone looking for reliable and stress-free airport transfers.

Have indeed gone bust........no notification from them whatsoever which really adds salt to the wound! I was fortunate and managed to find out myself before travelling via other reviews on here.

Don't pay local drivers for your return journey therefore leaving you stranded! We had to pay again to get this resolved - when calling to confirm the return shuttle we were told they had gone bust!? Not impressed, no contact numbers on their website work and no contact from them either.

Do not use this company!

booked transfers with them in majorca but when we got there we were told there was none and had to pay £70 in a taxi then had to book a return online with hoppa .avoid clicktranfers at all costs.tried phoning and email with no reply.ref noC388289 and C238714.and C238714

Appears Clicktransfers has gone bust. Booked transfer from Alicante Airport and upon arrival was told by local agent that they had gone bust and no transfer was booked. Left stranded with return to sort as well. Have tried to contact them and have given them 2 days to explain but nothing. Do not use.

This may the second review I've written for this recent experience with click transfers - I find Trust pilot website a bit hit and miss and a little con fusing if truth be told! But anyway, back to Clicktransfers. Have used "click" for a few years now and have to say our return trip from corfu-sidari went very smoothly. No problems, no hitches, drivers both great, service couldn't have been better and prices very competitive. Thanks again for your excellent service - will be booking again later in the year

I used your company to book a PRIVATE transfer from Malaga to Estepona from August 1 to August 12. When I booked I expected a nice CAR (a Mercedes or a BMW) because the ICON used for the PRIVATE transfer was that of a CAR.

However, when we got to Malaga, the company Viajes Rusadir took us in a rubbish Ford Transit VAN with uncomfortable seating and an Air-con that didn't work properly. The driver took corners and roundabouts way too fast. My wife was 16w pregnant. This exasperated me! My sister went to Cyprus and was transferred in a Merc for less money. Her hotel was farther than ours from the airport.

I found your website a bit misleading because it shows a vehicle ICON that looks like a car for the private transfer booking for 4 passengers, but we ended up being transferred in a minibus for 8 people. The car icon led me to believe that I would be transferred in a nice air-conditioned car.

You need to talk to your travel partners abroad, ask them which vehicles they have, and be clear about this on your website for your clients. And if you can offer a transfer a in a nice car like a Merc then offer it and reflect the price you want to charge. I would've paid more than £156.

I'm going to post this review online and tell people NOT to book with you. The shuttle transfer was £92. I respectfully request that you refund the difference.

I will leave the review regardless. Business should be conducted with 100% HONESTY. Trust me people are happy to pay the price.

The petrol burnt by that Transit van would have been way more than a contemporary Mercedes E-class. Trust me, I'm an educated man. I'm not happy with you guys at all.

excellent service friendly drivers have used before and will continue to use

All went very well transfers are very reasonable and ours were quick. The drivers and staff were all fine and in particular Allison in the Tenerife office was very helpful.

We have used click transfers many times and have always had 5* service.
Our latest trip was from Tenerife South airport to Puerto de la Cruz in the north of the island.
We had booked a private transfer that took about 1 hour with no delays or problems.
We will certainly use Click Transfers again.
