Robert Lyon scammed me

Robert Lyon scammed me with Client Success Club. I told him on my onboarding zoom call I no longer wanted to proceed with this program after finding many negative reviews online and I was not going to sign his contract. He told me that was okay and he would not take my money. He then disabled my membership on Whop and blocked me from all further communication while continuing to process my Affirm payment later that day. Search his name on google with Client Success Club and you will see many reviews of him scamming people in a similar fashion.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Don’t waste your time. It took months to get my refund through Affirm. God bless Affirm for granting me MY money. For those currently fighting, you have to dispute the purchase with Affirm. Don’t expect any help with CSC or any of their “support channels”. Affirm will need evidence. Give them everything you have in regards to this group and you’ll get your refund. Tyler Allen, Robert Lyon, Gianni Scott and Callum Bailey, shame on you. This isn’t wolf of Wall Street, boys. Get a real job. And Robert, I highly doubt you’re an actual Army veteran but if you are, absolute shame on you, “sir”. Thanks for my refund.

Callum Bailey and Robert Lyon are Pro Scam Artists

its a full scam... The training, placement and refund...Same experience as above and below with Callum Bailey and Robert Lyon promising a refund. They will promise you the refund and then ghost you and cut you off from all of their tools (Skool) so you cant communicate with anyone else. I had a gut feeling about both of them (that I wished I listened to) and I am in the process of contacting their clients that they work with and others at CSC (as I kept company names and contacts) so that no one else is scammed like the rest of us. I am doing the same for all other companies that they pop up on the internet top try and scam people with... Professional con artists!

Total Scammers will not Refund without Litigation

Client Success Club has been a total mistake. I can tell you from my experience everything they promised on the phone was a huge lie. The job postings were soo limited when I first joined and were not updated for over 3 months. With that in mind you need to expect to essentially just find a CSM job on your own accord. There was absolutely no assistance from my lead Tyler. He was 3 hours behind and took over a week to respond to any questions or requests. In addition they will never reach out to you so you should to be on your own searching jobs with no guidance. In my opinion this is a total chop shop. They provide a few videos and no support. I have attempted many times to contact my lead Tyler who I can only assume left the company and Robert Lyon who has not responded to any of my requests. I attempted to request a refund following the terms of the money back guarantee and they completely ignored all requests and will not respond to me in any form at this point. I am at a loss for options other than turning to legal small claims court, which I am hopeful I should have a strong case for a refund. Fingers crossed and BEWARE!

Stay away from this company!

I do not recommend utilizing this company as they provided a very poor service, and ghosted completely when I tried to rectify.

I was misled during the sales process by Giovanni regarding the availability of part time roles.

I also never received a signed contract, and when I brought these issues to the attention of the team, requesting either a resolution or a refund, I was ghosted completely.

They don’t seem to care about their customers.

CSC is a total scam

CSC is a total scam, they do not have any job openings that they can place you into at all.

They promised to get you a job within 120 days or you get your money back but then they just ghost you or block you.

You will notice right from the start you are not being treated with good CSM experience so how could you expect these people to be a known for quality CSMs.

They do not provide any real training on how to do a CSM job they give you some videos on the attributes that make someone a good CSM, such as being proactive.

There is zero involvement from the founders, Robrt Lyons and Collin Bailey they do not interact with customers at all.

If you’re reading this and you’re considering investing in paying them to get you a job, you should know better. You will wind up being completely scammed like me and so many others in this group.

They are the worst kind of people who are taking advantage of those who really need to find a job.

Billing me without a signed contract

They sent me bills for the $6000 program fee, but I never signed the contract with them for their services. Now, they won't respond and I keep getting monthly bills from Affirm. I've reached out at least 10 times to have them close it out, but they won't respond. Without a signed contract, there is no money due. A reputable company would respond and settle this matter.

Stay away from these guys

Stay away from these guys, they are total scams selling you dreams and ripping off people for $5000. I was smart enough to deal with them, but I would ask people to stay extremely vigilant, as after taking money, they vanish.

Experience With Sales

Horrible experience. Unfortunately, I could not attend the discovery call due to a sudden family emergency. I apologized to the rep, whose name is Gianni, and asked some direct questions about the cost of the program as I had already educated myself to their methods and tactics. I was met with condescension, sarcasm, and unprofessional behavior. Here is a transcript of what transpired:
Gianni (9:02 AM):
Shane, are you showing up?
do you need to reschedule

You (9:02 AM):
Sorry. What is the upfront cost? Is there a plan where I pay nothing up front but pay out of my first csm gig? Is this DFY?
I'm not interested in going through a discovery call anymore. All I am interested in is your connections to hook me up with companies. I know everything else.

Gianni:
so you want more information without having to speak on a call that you originally booked to request more information?
and then you didn't cancel the call but you want the price without knowing what we do and how we do it?

You:
Don't be rude. I apologized. I have a family emergency at the moment.
Now are you going to be professional and answer my direct question or continue being an ass?

Gianni:
is it that you dont want a discovery or you cant have one because of the family emergency?
genuinely asking because im happy to help

You:
I don't need one anymore. I researched and found exactly what and how you do what you do. It is not difficult to use contextual clues and Google to figure it out.
I don't need to rationalize myself any further to you.
After your unprofessional behavior, I am even more adverse to having a conversation with you.
Now please, either answer my original questions, or let me know if I need to contact the owners of your company and send them screenshots of this conversation?

Gianni:
Our price is $12,500.

You:
Excellent. Thank you. I will contact someone else in your organization if I decide to move forward. Enjoy your weekend.

Gianni:

You:
"With" in this case is unnecessary as "posthaste" means "with great speed". Note, "posthaste" is one word.
If you are going to choose to be a smartass, do not forget to be smart about it.
