I like the fact that Bob is easy to talk to and I can leave him an email and he’ll get back to me. I don’t like that I personally find the online letters hard to access. (Says I have a new letter but can’t find it to open and read) an option to have letters emailed directly to me would be helpful

James Brown is an exceptional advisor and takes time to explain things and always visits well prepared. I really value our face to face meetings.

I had a good conversation with my adviser who asked questions I was able to answer. It's good to know my money is safe and being looked after. I asked for a paper copy to complete my ATR questionnaire and have signed my Client Agreement form. Posted it today!
