Great service and support

Great experience with Jacob! He was professional, patient, and resolved our issues quickly. Not only did he solve my immediate issue, but he also went the extra mile by creating a follow-up support ticket to ensure the other issues I was facing would be handled as soon as possible. Many thanks!

Brilliant Tool to have

We have been using Clik for over 10 years, we have used this to create a customer crm, quotations, projects, engineer jobs, invoices, service contracts and admin works such as timesheets, holidays, sickness records and qualifications just what need.

We recently from the help of Ben Skevington applied their clik cert software to be able to generate custom certificates and send them remotely to the engineers so their paperwork competed onsite and its easy to get signatures from clients etc. This makes it a cleaner and faster service which the engineers have commented on as being a benefit to them. We are able to review these certificates before releasing to clients.

We are also able to comply to the latest BS5839 BAFE/SSIAB requirements for documentation handling which enables us to concentrate on actual work rather than collating data for audits.

Clik are always helpful with any queries or issues which are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Continually crashes 3-4 times a day

Continually crashes 3-4 times a day, either just closes out of the blue or says out of memory and wont let you do anything until its restarted. Worse software ever.

Moorwood Electrical Design & Installation

We use Clik Service, Clik Jobs and the Clik NICEIC software.. can't complain with the service, and we've found customer support to be very helpful when needed.
Clik software is a fundamental part of our business, and has helped streamline processes and certification.
We've found the shared database to link Service to the NICEIC software particularly helpful for traceability of jobs / certificates.
We also have Clik Remote, which a few of our customers have found to be a great platform for live status updates and reports.

We would definitely recommend Clik for businesses looking for a full CRM & Field engineer planning solution.

Clik - a great tool for business processes

We have been using Clik for the past 17 years and our company has grown along side Clik and seen all sorts of advancements with the software. Engineers use Clik remote to enable swift updating on jobs so there is a quick process for quoting further works to the end process of invoicing jobs with the integration of Sage accounts. Constant advancement means Clik is always moving forward with making the day to day running of a business seamless.

Clik Software- Quick efficient Service

Our Experience of Click

Our company has been using click software for several years and have been happy with the software that we use for our electrical reports. When we have needed to use support to modify software / change devices etc they have always been helpful and resolved any issues we may have had.

Click Support

We have been using Click NICEIC software since 2020.
It has really streamlined our process. Our field engineers as and when needing tech support, have found them to be really helpful and always resolve the issues.
We have recently added our own certification for FM for which Click have built bespoke for us. Again, during the development of the bespoke new certs, they were most helpful trialing and tweaking as required until we were totally happy.
I can thoroughly recommend Click both from a software point as well as their tech support for any business requiring this kind of certification and software. Neil

Clik Service Field software

Been with clik a number of years and don’t find the product too bad (bit clunky in places) never really needed support but had issue following powercut and lost connection to there system and response was blunt and rude and very unhelpful. Wasn’t handled well from a customer service point of view and get we didn’t have support at the time. Has tarnished my thoughts of clik software as an NICEIC registered company and wouldn’t recommend for this reason. Will look at other softwares on the market with better support which is a shame.

We are happy with the service

We are happy with the service, technical support and communication with Ben regarding license purchases, software development, and any other general questions related to Clik. As for improvement looking into occasional issues with syncing can be considered. I think "sync completed early due to connection issues. Please try later" The alternative is that the app runs automatically sync in this case when the connection is restored.
