My experience with Clinicana was exceptional. Ecem was particularly outstanding; she provided comprehensive information about the hair transplant process, advised on precautions at Istanbul airport, and coordinated my taxi transfer and hotel. The medical team conducting my procedure was also top-notch. Initially, I was quite anxious, but their professionalism and empathy quickly put me at ease. Clinicana lived up to everything promised on their website—no gimmicks. Thank you, Clinicana!
The overall experience was great. The translator, shuttle, hotel, and medical office were all top notch. They made everything seamless and took care of everything. I would highly recommend them!

Corina was fabulous - listened well and very quickly and calmly processed a refund for a duplicate order that was was mistakenly billed to me. She was so competent and nice that she really made my day. How often can one say that about a refund request?

The entire process from my Initial consultation with Ecem, to my final departure was excellent.
For someone that was a bit nervous about tue entire process, the Staff at Clinicana made me feel much better.
