My experience with Clinicton ( Izmir Turkey) :I am from Australia : I spent over AUD $32000 on treatment : My dental experience was positive : I referred two people to Clinicton for dental work : Clinicton staff confirmed in writing i will receive 600 euro for the two customers referral for ( dental Work) i have not been paid :I was asked to sign documents right before the procedure and no copies for my records. :After my cosmetic procedure a wound appeared : I contacted the clinic numerous time was advised to care for myself it was normal healing. : My condition deteriorated :I was then required emergency surgery and stayed in hospital 3 weeks,: I have retained WhatsApp messages after care advice and so call referral agreement. This is my experience with Clinicton staff.

I am very pleased with my Face after my Browlift procedure and Vaser Liposuction with Dr Faith. All the staff are lovely thank you Clinicton

Bella is the name and getting the job done is her game she provides you with all the information, arranges all your appointments, medications etc , all the drivers that take you to appointments, hospitals etc are always on time and are great people , very happy either way my experience thank you

In ospedale dopo l intervento nessuno parlava inglese :
Mi sono più volte lamentata di forte dolore agli occhi dovuto a bendaggio che non mi permetteva di chiudere gli occhi
Questo ha causato un lesione ( pressione oculare alta) che in Italia ho dovuto curare e che ancora oggi dopo quasi un mese devo curare che ancora ad oggi ( ( gocce oculari bendaggi e uso di occhiali da sole sempre)
Ho scritto alla clinica per avere un minimo di risarcimento ovviamente scaricano la responsabilità .
Inoltre tutta l assistenza post ospedaliera in Turchia è srata quasi

In ospedale dopo l intervento nessuno parlava inglese infatti nessuno ha provveduto a risolvere il problema di chiusura degli occhi
L assistenza post operatoria è stata inesistente e nessuna cena mi è mai stata consegnata
Le precedenti operazioni ( un minilifting 14 anni ) non riguardavano gli occhi .
Ad oggi un mese dopo l intervento ho ancora forti dolori
Questo atteggiamento di mancanza di assunzione di responsabilità sia veramente poco professionale
Ripeto non consiglio assolutamente questa organizzazione

I have just returned from Turkey where I trusted my face and neck surgery to be managed by Clinicton.
I can honestly say from initial informative and responsive communications with Mamoun to Bella who was there physically to support, advise, manage the whole process which she did with respect and genuine care and interest. Dr Fatih was brilliant talking to me on a level so that I understood what he was proposing. The clinic was clean and modern with staff on hand to provide for needs. The vehicles driving us to appointments were definitely VIP always on time and very skilled drivers ( they needed to be driving in Istanbul crazy).
My operations went well and Dr Fatih came the next morning all cheery to talk me through how it went. Then last day review and stitches out accompanied by Bella. Dr Fatih said he was happy at outcome and explained likely bruising, swelling times as did Bella. He helped remove the ties from my hair and Bella unbraided it this was definitely going beyond! She even offered to help in my personal care should I need it. Bella then collected additional medication for me and delivered to hotel.
Oh let’s not forget my partner had major dental surgery that he is thrilled with and again Bella there to support him.
Home now and few texts with Bella checking and reassuring.
I can honestly say this team Bella, Dr Fahti, Mamoun and the dentists were amazing, thorough, professional yet personable. I would recommend to anyone considering surgery in Turkey.

My friend and I arrived in Istanbul on Sunday. We were picked up from the airport and taken straight to our hotel. Bella came to our hotel and explained everything what would be happening, which reassured us straight away. We went to the hospital the next day and met the surgeon. He explained fully our procedure and answered the questions I asked him, he put my mind totally at ease. After my operation the clinical staff were second to none, they were in and out of my room, giving me ice packs, changing my drips etc. I then left the hospital the following day. Bella and Casa came straight to visit us, they were amazing from start to finish. Bella would even ring in-between and offered us food from the shops. Bella and Casa could not do enough for us!
My overall experience with Clinicton was amazing, and I would recommend anybody who is thinking of going to Istanbul then this is the clinic to go to.

After much research I decided Clinicton was the best for my surgery
I had a deep plane face&neck lift
Upper&lower eye lid plus fat transfer.From arrival Bella the clinic co ordinater was in contact,I waspicked up v.i.p and taken straight to the hotel.
The hotel is excellent and the location prefect for food etc….the next day I was greeted by Bella and Cansu who handles the media side…both were polite,professional but more than that
They cared and are with you throughout your journey with Clinicton
We were taken to the hospital again staff were professional and reassuring,
I then met my surgeon Dr Fatih Cinar
He was very thorough talked me through the whole procedure,Again extremely reassuring,
The surgery went smoothly and the aftercare at the hospital was excellent.
We were then taken back to our hotel to rest,with all of our medication.
After 5days you return to the clinic were the doctor removes your dressings and gives you all aftercare information.
Overall I would Highly recommend Clinicton..
Surgery aboard can be daunting and scary!

an amazing experience and support from the clinic bella & Cansu..nothing was a problem when i had upper bleb,even at hotel bella was in touch to see if we were ok for food treats and prescriptions. made sure we arrived at airport for our trip back home , nothing was a problem..until the next time thank you all for our continued support even when we are home in uk xxx

Ich rate dir dringend von dieser Klinik ab. Das sind Betrüger. Sie haben mir versprochen, mir den Flug zu erstatten. Ich war in Izmir, und sie haben nichts für mich getan. Sie haben versprochen, mein Problem zu lösen. Ich bin zurück ins Hotel geflogen, und der Flug hat mich 600 Euro gekostet.

I researched for a long time with safety being a huge priority considering I work in occ health myself.
I traveled alone and everything was fantastic. Everything was organized especially for me. Dr Fatih was a really lovely kind person and I am thrilled with everything so far and his work was clean, tidy, natural and safe. Bella and Marmoun were there from the beginning, during and still here now even after a couple of weeks of coming home.
Dr Fatih is European board certified which is extremely important and the hospital is tourism approved andwas clean, tidy and professional.
First class experience all around, im healing amazing and very happy so far.

At no point in our experience did we feel "lost" or wondering about the next steps in the process. The communication with Bella, the coordinator and Doctor Mamoun was seamless and adequate. We were even able to switch medications after the clnical which was delivered right to our hotel. The entire treatment gave us the confidence that a very high possibility of a positive outcome was in process.

I was a support person for two patients at this clinic. Everything was very well organized, and both patients received thorough information already in advance – before arriving in Turkey.
When we arrived in Istanbul, we easily found our transfer, who drove us to a very comfortable hotel that one of the patients had chosen (Ramada by Wyndham Golden Horn, Istanbul). The hotel had an incredibly rich breakfast and excellent service.

We stayed in the hospital for 2 nights. On the first day, upon arrival, everything was explained once again and the patients received additional guidance on the spot. The staff constantly told me what they were doing and why they were doing it. I definitely recommend that patients bring a support person, because it adds so much value – especially in terms of practical help.

The food was better than in some local restaurants. The transport back to the hotel was also very good. At the follow-up check, we were warmly welcomed again. The staff was simply amazing!

We could watch Netflix – very convenient for a foreigner. I also really liked the nurses’ shift handover – every time they came into the room, introduced themselves, and discussed together what had been done and what still needed attention.

I am truly glad that my acquaintances chose this clinic! 😍

I want to share my heartfelt gratitude and absolute admiration for Dr. Fatih, Dr. Ugur, and the entire clinic team. I had breast augmentation, chin liposuction, a tummy tuck with muscle repair, plus 360 lipo done — and honestly, I could not have asked for better doctors or a more supportive team.

From the very first conversation with the consultant, I felt completely at ease. Every question I had was answered with patience and care, and I always felt supported. During the consultation they also discovered that I had a hernia I didn’t know about — and I am SO thankful they found it and made sure it was repaired during the same surgery. Truly amazing.

On the day of the operation, we were welcomed by Bella, who was like a warm ray of sunshine. She helped with absolutely everything, always calm, kind, and ready with a solution. We’re incredibly thankful for her ❤️

And now… the doctors themselves. I don’t even know where to begin. From the first moment, they were friendly, caring, and genuinely warm-hearted people. The whole journey was filled with humor — I have never laughed so much during follow-up appointments in my life. And let’s be honest, laughing after surgery is the most painful thing ever 😅 But there I was, holding my stomach and trying not to burst my stitches, while still laughing with them 😅😅😅 That alone says everything about how comfortable and safe I felt.

I truly cannot put into words how happy I am that I listened to my heart and chose Dr. Fatih and Dr. Ugur. It was one of the best decisions of my life. I will definitely be back if I ever decide to do anything else in the future :)

I came for surgery with two of my friends, and all three of us were extremely satisfied. I think that says a lot on its own.

How do you express AMAZING? One month is and now I can see how precious this experience was. I am actually deployed and work 12 hour days. I was able to take a 5 day break. I was able to resume my normal work schedule after 360 laser lipo and breast lift. Everyone involved were kind, courteous, and professional. One issue my post surgery floor nurse could not speak or understand English. She quickly found an interpreter but it was a little concerning. I will brush up on my skills for the next time. That write this clinic will be my go to.

I had an upper body makeover after a big weight loss, so tummy tack breast lift and arm lift Everyone was very friendly and caring. I feel already better and can go for walks. Everyone was very helpful and trying to make sure you don’t get any postoperative complications like an infection. And everyone wants you to stay in contact to monitor your healing progress. I felt everyone was very professional and warm and trying to make me feel comfortable. So I can definitely recommend their services.

I had a very good experience with Clinicton. The communication from the very beginning til after I went back home is superb! They assigned me to a hotel but when I requested for the other one, they never hesitated to transfer me there. Everything went smoothly, from the pick up to the surgery, my post op care (even now that I'm back home). They made my stay and recovery smooth and comfortable. I met most of their staffs even the owner and they're all cool. The hotel where husband and I stayed had very warm staffs. Food options are good as well. And their VIP transfer is consistent. The communication with their staffs Mamoun, Bella and Dila are top! They answer you but if they're not certain, they'll ask the Dr first to make sure you have the right info. If ever I'll have another surgery that's available in their clinic, I'd definitely do it with them.

Btw, thanks for a very nice dinner with Dila. I really enjoyed the best Turkish food in Town!

I had 3 operations done through Clinicton and can review 2/3 operations I recieved. My experience with Clinicton was excellent after my due diligence as well as negotiating a pricetag (I did due diligence) everything was as I expected and the results I achieved were very good. My experience with Emine (manager) was very pleasant and anything that was not was resolved quickly and to my expectations. The hospitals/dental clinic were good and I have no regrets in traveling to Istanbul from British Columbia Canada and getting these procedures done. The best thing was the savings I recieved from choosing Turkiye over doing this in Canada and with the savings I decided to travel throughout the region so I could discover this amazing parts of Eastern Europe and beautiful Turkiye. I would definitely do it again if necessary in the future.

Clinicton surgeons Dr.fatih Cinar & Op.Dr.Ugar Celik was superb, they where top class and very professional , I never felt more comfortable with them , they put my mind at ease and talked me through procedure step by step , I couldn’t fault there care and compassion they shown me when procedure couldn’t go ahead , I would 110% highly recommend these surgeons to anyone especially if want the perfect look with top quality care.

I decided to finally have double jaw surgery and since the NHS would no longer cover me I decided to look abroad. After speaking with many clinics I was very confident in my decision to book with Clinicton and I was proven correct. The surgery I had done is major surgery but I was reassured every step of the way throughout the booking process by Emily, I asked every question I could think of and I was always given a clear answer & I had an online consultation before putting down my deposit. The clinic in which I had the surgery was incredible, great facilities, welcoming & clean, but most importantly ALL of the staff were amazing with me and my mother throughout our stay there. The surgery was done by Dr Umut who I hold in such high regard. He explained the surgery plan in a way that i could understand. The immediate aftercare in the clinic & once discharged back at the hotel, was top tier.

Away from the surgery, all other aspects of the trip ran so smoothly. The hotel was lovely, the transfers to & from all appointments & the airport were always on time & the driver was so friendly. Berkhan accompanied me to all appointments, he was friendly and professional with a great sense of humour. I told him I have autism and he communicated this to the clinic and they were very accommodating. Since returning to the UK, Bella has been brilliant with communication and arranging my return visit in August to get full mouth crowns. I would absolutely recommend Clinicton to anyone considering medical procedures in Turkey, to summarise I couldn’t be happier with everything they have done on my behalf.
