Clio is improving rapidly
Clio Grow has significantly improved our client onboarding workflow. Capturing client information upfront and seamlessly pushing it into Clio Manage once client is engaged, eliminates duplicate data entry and saves valuable administrative time. The custom field in Clio Manage is also a major plus, allowing for more tailored and organized data tracking.
That said, reporting still has room for improvement. The beta reports offer more variety, but they often require additional manipulation after export to be truly actionable.
Overall, Clio a strong tool for billing, streamlining intake and improving operational efficiency.
Clio has really upped the game in CMS…
Clio has really upped the game in Case Management Software. There is still some work that needs to be done, though they are working hard with programs like Co-Create with the Clio Engineers so we can actually be heard as to what improvements that would benefit our individual firms and in bulk. I truly appreciate feeling like I am being listened to, while truly being interacte with.

Great product; Buildout required
After 45 days of using Clio, I am generally quite impressed with the user-friendliness and overall features/functions available. There is quite a gap in building out the software into something customized for your practice area(s) but once that is done, things run very smoothly! It's a bit like buying a Lego model kit - you have to build out the pieces (but Clio sure does have a lot of pieces to choose from!) Definitely a fan and will keep building!

Our firm has been using Clio for years now. It is easy and intuitive to use and makes our daily lives much more efficient. Teaching new additions to the firm is a smooth process and I love how for many actions there is more than one way to get it accomplished. Using Clio Grow we streamlined our intake process and many other practice areas. Would definitely recommend Clio to other firms.
Keeps our client relationships organized and our firm running smoothly
We've been using Clio for a while now and it's become a reliable part of how we manage the practice day to day. Having all client information in one place sounds simple, but it makes a real difference when you're dealing with a busy caseload.
One feature that's proven particularly useful is the ability to track family relationships between clients. It gives us a clear picture of connections across matters, so we can spot when a family member might benefit from our services or when a client's situation has evolved. It's a straightforward way to stay on top of potential opportunities without anything slipping through the cracks.
On the marketing side, having centralised client data means our outreach is actually relevant. We can segment communications properly and target the right people with the right message, rather than sending the same thing to everyone.
Calendaring keeps everyone on the same page, and the payment processing is easy for clients to use, which helps with getting invoices settled promptly.
Overall, Clio does what it promises — keeps things organized, helps us stay close to our clients, and supports the business side of running a firm without adding unnecessary complexity.

As someone who has struggled with organization, Clio manage has helped me meet deadlines, track my work, and streamline my workflow. I can easily make changes, edit, and update my contacts and tasks. I can count my hours and make notes all in one place. Having moved to Clio from another far less streamlined service I can say that his has freed so much of my time and I would highly reccomend it.

I find Clio functionally easy to use and understand. They have not made it complicated to utilize their tools they provide. The reports function is something I appreciate as they make the available reports easy to find and understand what is available as well as the ability to create customized reports.
I also am very pleased with the customer service, whether it is a simple question all the way to something that may require some new updates to the program. In fact, one specific request our firm had that required programing updates was included in a rollout. This was seemingly a simple request to us, but we appreciated that Clio added it to an update and now it has opened up functionality that others can use on their own.

I shopped around - MyCase and FileVine - and I decided Clio fit me best and I haven't looked back.

Amazing Customer Oriented Service
This business is very customer oriented. I love that Clio is not only amazing for every generation, they are innovative, always looking for feedback and most importantly easy to reach with questions and issues. It is nice to have documents and videos as well but it is amazing to be able to pick up the phone and have an actual human hop online with a screenshare and a phone call. Very easy to use and learn new features with meetings and dedicated expert input. Awesome all around !

The best part of Clio is their customer support though - never have I used a software where the team actually listens to feedback and implements software changes to reflect your needs. Incredible!
Multiple Clio Platforms
My firm has been slowly adding the multiple Clio platforms to the basic Clio Manage. We now have Grow, Draft and have been testing out Work. Easy to use and the capabilities are endless from billing to assigning tasks to managing the sales pipeline.

The customization options shine, especially the matter templates and email templates—they've slashed my time on file processing and billing dramatically. As a solo litigator with a mixed legal aid and private practice, this efficiency lets me focus on client work and keep admin quick and consistent.
