Justifiably Industry Leader in Law Practice Management

Clio has been an excellent platform for managing my solo practice. I received one year of Clio Manage as part of my participation in the Texas Opportunity and Justice Incubator, and I quickly upgraded to include Clio Grow in my subscription.
Without these products in my toolkit, I would have needed to spend many additional hours on alternative solutions, and I am fairly sure that I would have lost out on some potential clients or forgotten to request payment for completed work.
The many integrations that Clio has - and continues to add - with other products makes it very customizable to a firm's needs. The software is also scalable to work with firms of various sizes, so I am confident that I will be able to continue relying on Clio even once I am able to grow beyond a solo practice.

Why I love CLIO?

Clio is the best cloud software for my practice. I love the ease with which I can schedule, manage, and organize matters. The intake is simple and makes it easier to work by saving time. Payments and billing are very easy, too, making my work worry-free. Bills are just paid! Clients are happy, and I am happy! Thank you, CLIO team! It's the best cloud software to use for a small legal company like mine!

Streamline!

We have been using Clio for over two years now and everyday I have been thankful for it. The timekeeping and billing has been the biggest improvement for our firm. Bills are being recorded accurately, emailed promptly and our clients have the convenience to pay straight from the billing email. We have less collections and less headaches and more time to get work done. Another great feature is being able to connect all our emails to the correct client matter easily. This is a common sense easy to learn and use program.

Good and Getting Better

Clio is an easy-to-use platform that works well for my solo practice. It is continually evolving and the team is quick to fix any issues. There are still areas that would benefit from changes, but I appreciate that the team is continually working to improve the platform.

I have been using Clio for years now and extremely unhappy and disappointed with Clio pay.

I have been using Clio for years now. I was contacted by a rep asking me to switch to Clio pay for online payments. I did so and could not process any payments through this service and was told the reason why was because I did bankruptcy work and the service provider would not approve it. This is absurd! I was never advised of this. They took days to respond and payments went unprocessed. This is discrimination against business that perform lawful services to clients. A class action suit for sure!!!!

Very expensive comprehensive practice management that integrates time tracking, billing, calendars and managing basic case-related information in one place. Support is knowledgeable and responsive (unlike most companies)

Great Team Support

The Clio team is always available to assist with any questions or concerns I have with utilizing the software. As I slowly learn the capabilities of Clio Manage and Grow they are there to walk me through the steps. Would recommend the software not only for the way that it can save your firm time and money, but also for the great support they provide.
