If you want to get ripped off

If you want to get ripped off, this is the perfect company.

I paid for the Pro Lifetime program, which is supposed to give me 2,000 credits per month, then I upgraded to the Unlimited Credits program for almost $1,000.

After three months, I see that I have 0 credits instead of Unlimited. They tell me I've used too many credits, that they have a limit on the Unlimited plan. What?!

They told me I'd get my 2,000 credits per month back from the Pro program, but they only gave me 500 credits the following month. It's a complete joke. They want you to keep buying credits.

No refund in spite of refund policy

I signed up because they have a 60 day no questions money back refund policy. The videos did not meet my needs so I requested a refund.

The support email address they provide on the refund page bounces and trying to use any other emails or their contact form is sending comms into the void.

Beware of the hype and don't believe the refund policy. If you want to give them a go it should be on the same basis as gambling: only spend money with them you're prepared to lose.

ClipBee's product is good, but the customer service is great.

I've been using ClipBee for several months now and I've been pretty impressed with the results. As with most AI sometimes you've got to run a prompt a couple times to get the result you want, but that's to be expected. I've been most impressed by their customer service. I had an issue with my credits not being renewed at the start of the month. One email to support and it was resolved quickly. Nicely done!

Have not been able to use one clip.
Absolutely worthless. Adds stupid things to everything.
wanted a band on stage put guitars on people in the audience. Tried to remove useless. This is garbage. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Waste of time. Buy anything but this.

I should have gone to Trust Pilot before wasting my hard earned money $67 on CLIPBEE Ai software. HORRIBLE doesn't even begin to describe how USELESS AND TERRIBLE it is! Customer service non-existent, and the training video suck worse than anything I have ever taken, and I have take alot of IT courses over 45 years. This is the worst product and I consider it a SCAM, meant to entice at low price, just have to spend more and more money in order to get an adequate video output that I can already get on SORA or ChatGPT2.5 or Zeely. It is MY OPINION, that it is the worst product I have ever seen, can I give CLIP BEE A ZERO?? As it is I must give it a 1. I asked for my money back but they refuse.

10 days and a second complaint just to get my money back

Purchased ClipBee (Base + PRO Lite Upgrade) for $158.40. Product didn't fit my workflow, so I requested a refund under their 60-day money-back guarantee.

What actually happened:

Day 1–3: No response. Support emails to clipbee.com bounced — wrong domain on their refund policy.
Day 3: Found the correct helpdesk at clipbee.ai. Submitted ticket. Got an auto-reply promising a response "within 24 hours."
Day 5: Messaged them again on their support dashboard. Denisa asked for feedback before proceeding with refund. I provided six detailed points.
Day 7: Still no refund. I followed up citing their own policy. Denisa said she forwarded it to "Cosmin in Accounting" and it would be processed "within 2 days" with funds in "3–5 business days."
Day 9: Ticket was closed with no refund issued and no explanation.
Day 10: I opened a second ticket referencing the closed one, listing the company's legal entity (INSTA APP SRL, Romania), and threatening to report to Romanian consumer protection (ANPC), the FTC, and post public reviews. Only then did they process the refund — both FastSpring confirmations came within hours.

The refund did eventually arrive. But it should not have taken a second formal complaint with legal escalation threats to get a company to honor its own money-back guarantee.

The product may work for some, but if you ever need a refund, be prepared to fight for it. I would just stay away; you've been warned!

Very disappointed with ClipBee Pro

Very disappointed with ClipBee Pro. The promotional videos make it look cinematic and production-ready, but the actual results are poor, unstable and often unusable. Motion consistency is weak, objects morph randomly and complex actions quickly fall apart. Even as an experienced AI user using detailed prompts, the generated clips were nowhere near the quality advertised. Certainly not worth the so-called “highly discounted” introductory price and then the additional price for the so-called PRO options - Creating just images - lots of AI platforms out there which offer better terms and results - in my opinion.

Don't believe the hype!

I believed the hype and signed up for a year's subscription to the CLIPBEE company. I gave them 4 chances to create a video from my prompts and uploaded photos. Every time, the results were totally wrong and useless. Ridiculous errors! I requested a refund. So far, I've gotten a run-around. It appears that I will have to contact the bank that handles my credit card in order to force Clipbee to live up to its promise of guaranteed satisfaction or my money back.

Not honouring refund policy

I purchased their ToonBee package on April 22. The product did not meet my needs, so (in keeping with their Refund Policy) I applied for a refund. I have now had to ask 4 times and their staff member (Alex) keeps fending me off with offers, rather than honouring their "no questions asked refund policy".

Over-promised.

Update (6/19/2026): On April 9, after repeatedly asking for a refund, the said they would upgrade me to Pro.

First month was fine, no problems
Second month, I received 500 credits not 2000 credits, had to follow up to get the full credits
Mid second month, headed over to create an image ~700 evaporated. Raised a ticket. Got this response back.

I bought a lifetime membership. And have only been disappointed since.

The base plan limits access to models so most videos are pretty poor without the upsell products

They 'forgot' or didn't program to load my credits at the beginning of the new month. They did load the credits days late after following up.

They at least implied, if not explicitly promised, that tools and models would be added over time, but they took away access to their best image model at the basic tier.

This software is totally awesome…

This software is totally awesome especially if you are new to A.I. conversion from photo to video It is so easy to use. I am now in my second month and have already created so much. I have brought family photos to life. My own 3D people animation to life. Having a problem with poses in your own 3D application? Let ClipBee do it for you. It eliminates any hassles. I also have Revoicer Pro for Text To Speech and Voice Clone who recommended it to me. I have the ClipBee Pro. Ten Stars!!!
