I had a horrible experience with Clixlo!!! I spoke with a guy who told me all these great and wonderful things so I believed him and purchased right away. They promised that my website will be up and running in 14days after I submitted all my information. Which I did and here we are in Nov 5th 2022 and started in September 7 LOL they did not finish. They also told me I could pay for a VA to help me out LIKE WHAT???? they stopped contacting me and does not reach out at all!!! I would not ever suggest them AT ALL!!!

I took the time to write this review because I had such an exceptional experience with your customer service rep, Milo. I have always had good experiences with Clixli support, but Milo is a true standout.

Milo helped me with four issues, easily and clearly explaining for me what to do with helpful links and pictures. That's typical of most agents, but Milo went above and beyond. He made helpful suggestions along the way about my site, and even gave his opinions about demographics to target.

Milo was so patient, friendly and welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. My experience with Milo captured exactly the reason I would recommend Clixli to anyone building a online presence. He did an amazing job and seemed to truly enjoy it along the way.

A very friendly and prompt customers support with Clixli. They were very proactive and cooperative at the same time to assist me. Very involved in the process of trouble shooting my problem and gave me quick solutions. I appreciate that.

Clixli has all the solutions you need for your online business, not like other softwares who charges for literally every little thing. Clixli has tools which help me a lot in my website designing and more. These tools make my work simpler and workflow like butter. I love Clixli.

Spoke with Clixli Customer Service! The response time was so fast! Detailed answers and explanations given. I got emails from 2 different agents with full instructional guides relating to the specific question that I asked. The rep made sure my problem was solved, but also addressed other issues that I was unaware of. Clixli has amazing customer service!

The support person was knowledgeable, patient, and even offered additional helpful information that would make my site even better within a few clicks. As a nature photographer.. I'm fairly new to web design. But I like my website, as it's easy to use. I found it very easy to get a hang of Clixlo and if you ever get stuck, there are a team of support stage just at the end of a chat that can help resolve the issues you have. Thanks again!

I recently launched my own website after selling on Etsy and Clixli has made it even better:)! I honestly love how I have control over the image of my entire website and how I can add features! My favorite thing is how easy I can reach out to customer service whenever I need help and they make sure my problem is resolved! There are some features like add extra fee for personalization on items that are not yet available which is something I was really looking forward too on my own site (Etsy doesn't have that either) but I'm working around that.

I've been using Clixli for a couple of months now, and I really can't complain.

Last year, I paid for the full year subscription it was about $600 with a discount but at the end of 2021 they changed to a new sister platform Clixlo--both are TRASH. I was told I would be refunded for paying for an additional month which NEVER happened. Also, I was told I would get credit for the three months I lost on the Clixli platform--None of which ever happened. I ended up having to delete the Clixli account and when no refund ever came I asked Clixlo to delete my account. The irony is they spam you, will email constantly saying to hurry buy now over and over yet with never bother to follow up to say they deleted my account. They are complete hit-and-run low level scam artists -- DO NOT Waste your money with them. Go with a more well known, trusted brand. I am now using the trial version of Kajabi and it took me about 3-4 days to get the site up and running with my domain -- thank goodness I did not rely on Clixli for a domain.

I built my site at Clixli.com last year, and loved the software, so when they announced a new lifetime deal, I jumped at the opportunity. Big mistake! The company is not using the same software, as they claimed. It is completely subpar, and the new Clixlo is refusing to refund my $997 lifetime deal. Why on earth would I want a way less attractive website for a lifetime? Clixlo is NOT Clixli - they do not have the same abilities, so if you like Clixli, do waste your money on the scam offshoot Clixlo. Simvoly is where I will be keeping my site going forward.

I urge anyone considering to sign up with Clixlo to seriously reconsider as it's a complete MESS! They'll take your money and not deliver. I originally signed up with Clixli, built a website and 6mths in receive an email stating that they'd defaulted on payments and my site was now with Simvoly, was also contacted by Clixlo stating they'd set up independently due to poor service... totally unprofessional! Long story short, I ended paying again to move to Clixlo 6wks ago and my site is still with Simvoly. No amount of chasing results in anyone contacting me for an update. My advice is: you pay cheap, you get cheap, learnt a valuable lesson... invest in a more established provider.

It's a complete scam. Don't trust the company, nor their new brand "Clixlo"

Clixli/Clixlo is refusing to refund my money after terminating services mid-contract. They make promises and keep moving the goalpost without following through. Whatever you do, DO NOT SIGN WITH CLIXLO because they move your credit card information to the new platform and block any way of deleting it, or your profile.

STAY CLEAR of CLIXLO and report this fraud to the authorities.

They’re running a scam. They white label from a company called Simvoly, and haven’t paid their bills in over 6 months. So, they got kicked from the platform, but are still continuing to charge clients money and not refund.

Clixli/clixlo is a scam

I paid for a year and they terminated my service at 6 months to switch to 'clixlo' and are requiring another $997 to continue. They won't refund me the difference.

After being on line for more than a decade, I can honestly say I've never seen a program as smooth and easy as Clixli. The fact that it has everything from email marketing to drag and drop funnels, is spectacular. It even includes some of the best Customer Service I've ever had. Clixli is where I refer all of my Coaching students.

Clixli has literally everything I need and everyone is so helpful at making sure my course launched smoothly, highly recommend to anyone needing everything in one!
