Super service and a really lovely team! I would highly recommend these guys. They worked incredibly hard and still were so well natured throughout. Most reassuringly, they checked in with us all throughout both days to make sure they were packing and unpacking everything exactly how and where we wanted. They even put up with us changing our mind several times about where things should go when unpacking and even at the end of a long day. Each one of the team also had to contend with our two young kids following them around sprinkling them with questions, and yet they were so patient and kind with them throughout. I was so glad we went with CLM

Lex and the CLM Moves team were excellent throughout the whole moving journey. From the packers to the movers on the day, they were all polite, helpful and professional. Lex and the team at CLM delivered a great service. They seemed incredibly skilled and took exceptional care with all our belongings, including the wrapping and move of 2 enormous and ornately framed mirrors. All the team were helpful, efficient and courteous. They did exactly what they said they would do and we will certainly look to hire CLM for our next move. Highly recommend.

I hired the CLM team to move a sofa from the ground floor to the first floor living room of a townhouse as the staircase was too narrow. They were professional from start to finish. An initial visit was booked to assess the house and how best to approach it. I was offered two options for hoisting it up through a Juliet balcony. I selected the more expensive option, with less chance of failure and damage to the sofa. On the day, the team arrived promptly. The hoist is from an outsourced vendor and he arrived late but the CLM team were extremely apologetic about it. Overall they were fantastic. I would use them for every move.

We recently used CLM for our house move, and they were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, flexible and incredibly careful with our belongings. They packed everything securely, ensuring that even our fragile items arrived in perfect condition. On the day they were friendly, hardworking, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

Absolutley brilliant team, went above and beyond to look after my stuff and the absolute nicest guys too. Moving day turned out to actually be fun and totally stress free down to CLM. Slightly more expensive than some of the other quotes but you truly get what you pay for. Don’t hesitate, book them :-)

We chose the full packing, unpacking and removal service from CLM. Not the cheapest option but competitive pricing with other quotes received and we wanted the least stress.
We were so impressed with them right from the beginning when we enquired and asked for a quote. Both Conor and Lex were extremely professional, positive, and nothing was too much trouble. Communication was friendly and efficient.
This ethos carried through to the rest of their team who arrived together promptly each day and took over with smiles and endless energy!
They were great fun to have around and relieved the inevitable stress of a downsize move. Even when the lift broke and they had to carry to the second floor, they laughed and got on with what they had to do without complaint.
Everything was carefully packed, unpacked and transported without incident and the team were keen to be sure we were left in a clean and tidy state.

I initially contacted CLM through a local recommendation. I can honestly say that whilst selling and buying a property is incredibly stressful to the very final moment when you get the key; CLM was nothing but the opposite. From Conor’s initial visit to put any of my worries at ease to the incredible communication throughout the months to completion date. Lex came the day before completion to manage the workload effectively. This meant that on the actual moving day; his team and I had a breezy experience. The whole team is a joy to work with and I will be recommending them to my friends since we only moved 15 mins and are still in Beckenham!

Really pleased with the service provided by CLM. We were recommended to them as we needed to get some expensive furniture moved at short notice, for elderly neighbours who were transferring to a local Care Home. Lex attended the property, listened to our needs and quickly got the move organised. On the day, the two removers (Marcus and Lucas) arrived promptly and worked quickly, efficiently and carefully completing the entire move in under 5 hours. We used CLM moves for our move out of London. They were extremely good, packed our house up for us the day before, then moved everything seamlessly on moving day, taking out a huge amount of the stress of moving. All of the team who packed and moved us were really polite, helpful and very patient with us. On the other end they unloaded and rebuilt furniture without any problems, even put up with me getting them to try furniture in different positions. Thank you CLM!

It really is a first class service and would highly recommend them. From start to finish the guys were so professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They may not be the cheapest but they are worth every penny they charge.
