I had a great experience with CLOC for an order of bookmarks and postcards in preparation for student welcome week. I mostly interacted with the Account Manager, Dave, and also occasionally with Paul and Andy. The service was prompt and professional all round. The deadlines were clear and timeline expectations were fulfilled. The materials received were high quality. Highly recommended!

We've had a number of print runs of posters/leaflets/banners printed through Cloc Ltd and their service is nothing short of first class. Fast turnaround times, very fast responses to emails, often within the hour and the personalised service they offer all contribute to a great customer experience. Can't recommend them enough for any printing needs.

I recently had my first children’s picture book formatted ready for printing and this was the printing firm recommended to me. I was delighted to receive the sample copies which were of a very high quality - even better than I had anticipated.

This is the third time I have used Clocprint for printing fast turn around books and it's another great job.
Dave, Andy and the reception lady are all extremely helpful and the work is undertaken with haste and accuracy.
They are happy to do a short print run and were very good at adapting to different sizes without any complaint.

I've used CLOC for five A5 books now (short story collections). They've always been super easy to work with - quick to answer any questions and make suggestions - and are really competitively priced. Their online quote tool is really easy to use so no faffiing around/back and forth to get a price. Highly recommend.

We approached Cloc Book Print again to now produce a finished book telling the story of how my wife and meet during the cold war had a relationship across the Iron Curtain and got married eventually settling in the UK for our family and friends.. Dave was our contact and he could not have been more helpful and accommodating even with us and our last moment changes when realised we had made a couple of mistakes. A company giving superb service and great customer focus, something many organisations could take a lesson from.

What a wonderful company! Fantastic service and the best prices I could find on the web for a batch of A5 books. Not only that, but they worked overtime to get the books ready for the thanksgiving service for the author of the book. I will certainly be using Cloc Book Print in the future. The books themselves were of such excellent quality. I highly recommend the "soft touch" finish. Trim was perfect, excellent packaging. Overall a fantastic service - my thanks especially to Dave and Andy.

I've been using Cloc printers since starting my business, and wouldn't go anywhere else. From their exceptional customer service to the impeccable printing jobs, everything has been outstanding. I love working with them because they are friendly and genuinely care about your business. I can't recommend them enough.

I've used multiple printing companies in the UK, and Clocbookprint has come out on top.

The company I would consider their main competitor in the UK, does great quality prints in low volumes, but as soon as you start ordering in greater quantities, they use a different printing machine that gives faded colours, and there is some misalignment of the print, where the print goes too near the edge.

That competitor has a very fast and professional service, and they seem to be a much larger operation than Clocbookprint, but being so means they can't make any adjustments when you want things done a little differently. They have their streamlined service all set up and are unwilling to make any changes.

Clocbookprint on the other hand, are a lot more versatile. I really hope they maintain their current level of service as their business grows.
