Clotheslyner is a terrible company. i don't even know where to start. I had one good experience with a clotheslyner but even she barely communicated with me. I had one clotheslyner who i know didn't wash all or some of my clothes b/c when i received them there was still fully intact tissue/napkins in one of my pants pockets. If that had gone through the wash it would have went all over the clothes and not have still been in one piece still in the pockets. She also put a dirty N95 mask in the returned bag with my supposedly clean clothes which is disgusting. I'm not sure why she didn't just throw it out. Why is she putting a dirty mask into a bag of clean clothes??? Additionally, a new towel that i bought still had the plastic attached to it so she probably didn't clean that either. Most people would have pulled that apart before putting it in the washing machine, so it cleans properly. Just so many issues w horrible customer service who barely speak English. They kicked me off the app after i reported this clotheslyner which makes me believe that they took her side instead of the customers. They lied and said that there are no clotheslyners but really i was being penalized for complaining. when i pay for a service i expect it to be done well. Another clotheslyner that i got was not good either. She was very rough and was not the name of the clotheslyner featured on the app. She yelled at me to put down my clothes so she could take a picture. When i got my clothes back they reeked of smoke which is disgusting. Also, i was a clotheslyner pro at one point and they kicked me off of that probably because of inactivity. They also offered a refund for this order but i don't think that i received it. I wrote this review to warn people not to use this app either as a laundry pro or customer. If you want clean clothes and good customer service DONT use Clotheslyner. Use Poplin. They have better laundry pros who will actually clean and dry your laundry. I have this one woman who i have used twice who is absolutely fantastic and communicates well too.

Company is a hit or miss.
1st use was amazing , Alicia picked up and dropped off and had great communication and clothes came back great.

2nd time I signed up for a subscription and canceled it along with my appointment and I reached out for a refund and nothing was resolved so I I considered it a lost on my end and let it go.

3rd time I got a subscription and requested Alicia who for some reason couldn’t do the laundry nor did she communicate that but Cathy came and she was amazing. I got a weekly and the following week one came but I assumed it was due to forth of July and my next appointment was scheduled for the 14th…. Went to check today and that appointment was gone. I’m currently still on hold with the company after an hour almost and still haven’t been able to speak to anyone. I paid for the month and have only had 1 appointment.

I don’t know how to feel about the company

They stole over $200 from my bank account within a month. I brought this up to them, but they won't refund the money and they keep charging my account. The app won't let me remove my bank card.

The worker who would help with my orders was always very nice, but their customer service department are thieves!

Buyer beware! Avoid this business at all costs!

I have communicated with their customer DISservice. They admitted fault but will not refund the money they STOLE. No service was provided.

If you have had a similar experience with this business, I will talk to my lawyer on your behalf!

This is an amazing and affordable service. Love it!!! They do an excellent job. They pick up my laundry one day and next day it is returned. Awesome!!!

The app was really easy to use. Within a couple minutes I had my order set and everything was ready. It’s really affordable and useful if you don’t want to or don’t have time to do laundry. The laundry came perfectly folded and right on time. Honestly it was a great experience. I’m definitely going to use it every week going forward, and I recommend it to others.

What a great idea and even better execution! I had heard about this service from some friends and was immediately interested because like a lot of people, I hate doing laundry. I gave it a shot and boy was I not disappointed! Not only does the service save me a lot of time personally but the job is also completed in a very efficient manner. I use clotheslyne at least once every couple of weeks for the times my schedule just simply doesn’t allow me to do my own laundry. Every time I’ve had to use the service has given me back the time I need in my day/week to focus on work and all other obligations that come up in day to day life. All that to say my clothes come back clean, folded and fresh every time. I’d really recommend this service to anybody looking to get a couple hours back during their week.

Clotheslyne changed my life and I never plan on looking back! One dollar a pound for pickup wash dry fold and delivery back to my front door, you can’t beat that! I used to spend every weekend in the laundry room; the two days I would get off from work every week always went to my laundry, no longer! The app is so easy to use and the customer service is incredible. Most certainly the best laundry service on the market and it’s not close.
