I have very bad experience with Clotrio…

I have very bad experience with Clotrio first of all delivery service is very slow
Then I have size issue I exchange L with XL &for trial i opened i trunk it was I also send but they said read our policy and send me five pic then when I recieved that 5 i opened 2 pic and found one is damage from that day I was trying to chat and send mail to support team but yet they didn't reply

Missing Items from first order

Scam Alert - clotrio🛑

I recently ordered a pack of six underwear trunks but received only four items 😡. As a first-time customer, I was disappointed by this mistake. The website showed the correct product and quantity, and I paid for six, but the package was delivered only four trunks.

I've reached out to customer service, but no response yet. Not impressed with the service from clotrio brand .

Worst website ever to buy..

Quality of the product is very good... But the customer service was not expected....but finally I got exchange of the products it took some time and exchanged successfully

Tried purchasing the product from…

Tried purchasing the product from website. On payment i scanned the qr code and paid the money and waited for almost 5 minute but the order was placed and page automatically refreshed and asked me to pay again for the same thing. So i contacted 24*7 support (forget 24*7) i just contacted once as i told them that i paid shared the screenshot but order was not placed so either refund it or place a manual order. They said they will place an order manually so i told the product been more than 24hours now no update has been shared. Email support doesnt even bother responding. If this continuous for another day am filing a complaint in consumer forum against this

This store is very good

This store is very good, I got a porsche oversized Tshirt which was very comfortable and the sizing was also good. They have good customer service too. They replyed fast and addressed my queries.. I asked why my deliver was late and they gave a proper answer for that to.
