This product is excellent and offers impressive versatility in song selection. The option to use it across multiple locations is a lifesaver! Furthermore, the option to play your ads between songs is the icing on the cake.

Your setup is too confusing Zones/locations/not helpful.

The variety of music is great! We have found programmed stations that we like, and also have created some of our own stations.

Crooks. Been canceled 3months, out of the blue a charge. Don't even have a account. Don't have subscription on phone.

I was a previous customer but needed some technical support and they got back with me quickly and they were right. And I appreciate very much that they are licensed.

I was charged twice for the annual fee payment. I paid the annual fee once but they said it wasn’t paid. Then I had to pay again but later found out I was charged twice. Working on getting a refund. The cloud box is still not working, need some help from Cloud company so far haven’t gotten any help. What a mess!

There are some limitations to music selection.

To be honest we had Pandora Music with Mood Music... 15 years exactly... out "box" went out and wanted to charge us about $150 for a new box, while new customers were getting a new ones for free.

I found Cloudcover through a search, they offered 14 days free, plus a "box" was optional, which allowed us to get up and running right away in our coffeehouse. I will probably buy a box in the future, but their app is far superior than moodmusic (aka Muzak)

Great music and easy program to navigate!

So far, I’m not that excited about the service. I’ve had technical issues with connecting the cloud box to my Bluetooth speakers since day one. When I try to play from my phone, it will play one song then stop and I will need to restart the service. I’m hopeful there is an easy technical fix but I just haven’t had the time to be on the phone with customer service just yet. Fingers crossed we find a solution.

Have always loved Pandora and we are really enjoying the Cloud Box for our business. Easy to manage with the app.

Very easy set up and the music selection is amazing!

I love CloudCover with Cloudbox. Very easy to setup the music styles and messages. I highly recommend.
