The channels are so difficult to search through for music for my business. Pandora and some of the other apps are so much easier and have so much more to offer.

This system has everything I was looking for and at way less expensive than its competitors. Customer service was great. Ordered and installed the Cloudbox and everything worked as advertised. Thank you!

Works exactly like it says, which is a relief. We purchased the box, hooked it up to a speaker, and it does it's thing without anyone else having to touch it ever again.

Lots of help available when needed. Music choices are great and fit the business areas perfectly.

Sometimes I have to restart the app as it will start playing a different genre. Also there are not as many varied stations as I would like.

I'm still a novice, but am impressed with the ease of navigating throughout the website. My biggest positive impression is the effort CCM makes to remove profanity, sexually explicit words, and the like from the songs offered by them. Our music selection is played in our retail shoe store which includes all ages male and female. Our biggest listener is God so we want our songs to be wholesome. Being able to remove any song immediately is good. I may change my rating to 5 stars when I become more knowledgeable with the site. So far we're pleased with the music assortments we have after trying out different ones, and will continue exploring. The layout is easy to work with.

Great customer service and amazing Messaging system that allows us to monetize the Ads. We are a retail, commercial building with a mix of Retailers, Restaurant, Service providers (Salons, Teech Whiting, Barber shop, etc), and offices. We port the music throughout the public section of the building to cut out the silence but it also allows us to advertise the Tenants throughout the building, currently we do this for free but the long term will be to charge a small fee to have Tenant Ads run on the Cloud Cover platform.

We just opened a small bar and this was the perfect choice for our business!!

Very easy to set up, and we now have music in the bar & restaurant. When I have time I will customize the music but right now we are using to set stations and they are good!
Well worth the money, I would recommend it and wish we had got it sooner.

Music choice for the restaurant selection can be better, currently there is too many old songs regularly playing. My crew is mostly all young and they are not too satisfied with the music and nor am I.
