One drive duplicates
Purchased to help remove duplicates off my one drive. I stuffed up the payment (closed window accidently when payment processing) and money was taken but no history showing payment (Paypal). Contacted suppprt who were super easy and great to deal with. Luckily the money bounced back to my account, I repaid for the premium service and was such an easy and quick program to use! Would definetly use again as it reduced heaps of storage on my One drive

Best software EVER
Best software EVER. Truly amazing. Cleaned out 52366 (44.92 GB) duplicate (/unwanted) pictures on my OneDrive as I watched. Technician was GREAT - explained how everything would work. Very professional. Highly recommend Cloud Duplicate Finder and PictureEcho to anyone who has had a computer for any length of time where duplicate files have somehow accumulated and gobbled up valuable space.

Customer Service is helpful.
It took a long time for my duplicates to migrate into the recycle bin after I processed my files. I thought something had malfunctioned, and I reached out to support. They did several tests to try to replicate my issue and were very helpful with troubleshooting. In the end, my files eventually showed up in the recycle bin. The team was helpful in sticking with me during the process.

FANTASTIC PRODUCTS and SERVICE
FANTASTIC PRODUCTS and SERVICE
I had a severe problem with 10s and 10s of GB of duplicate images from decades of moving things back and forth between desktops and external HDD and SSD. I reached out to The People at Cloud Duplicate Finder, and a great support agent (Raza) helped me over 5 or 6 sessions. They worked methodically through all of my problems diligently with this fantastic software to fix everything. The amount of freed-up space and improved performance was AMAZING! Thank you so very much

The program does what it says and great support!
The program not only works exactly as advertised but it's very easy to use too!
So why five stars? Incredible support!
I called them before I purchased and asked if the program would do what I needed it to do. They replied and asked for more detail. We exchanged 5 emails and I finally bought it. Very satisfied!
