Never received the package
I payed for a DHL delivery (2-5 days).
After a week and a half, still no package and I had to move from an apartment to another.
I will clearly never be able to open my package and am a bit mad about it.

Hello! I'm sorry you are dissatisfied with the shipping time. I took a look at the order and it shipped out on the 22nd. Today is actually the sixth business day since it shipped. DHL delivery estimate for Ireland is 2-5 business days, so it is taking a bit longer than usual. The package is in Ireland so it will likely be delivered today. If you can't receive the package because you moved it will more than likely be returned to us. I will happily reship the order to you as soon as it is returned. I will try to contact DHL and see if they can change the delivery address, but I will need you to email me the new information to send to them.

Overall great service and good selection on ejucie but less in hardware like offering big box mods for example.

Fantastic juice, value for money and customer service.
I started using CloudHouse Vapor 18mths ago based on a recommendation from a friend. I was interested as I was new to vaping and had heard the American flavours (MBV) were excellent and was unsure what VG/PG mix to go for for my devices/tanks. The MBV sample packs are excellent and the ability to pick your own VG/PG mix and number of flavour shots basically allows me to create a bespoke order, without the mess or expense of buying my own materials/ingredients.
This winning formular that CloudHouse have come up with guarantees an order from me every month.

Great vape shop
Great shop with a lot of stuff for the diy. Always a quick delivery(i live in Holland) and a great service, i e-mailed some questions a few times and got an anwser within a few hours.
