Good experience. Recently I had a shifting from Odisha to Howrah on 13th May, 2023 and it was pretty good. The company's spokesperson conversation over phone was very polite and well mannered professional behaviour. The packing done was good and loading was ok but the worst experience is when I reached my destination no person came for unloading. I think they must improve their contacts well and should be strict on these loading and unloading things because this is the utmost important. Though I got my things moved and unloaded from truck with the help of the driver. Overall experience was good except the unloading.

Here they have different price chart for different person. I am told by Mr.Manish sharing price and different vehicle fees .He told me 58k excluding tax in single vehicle from Chennai to Odisha but I found my items in sharing vehicle and I paid 73190 to Mr Manish’s PhonePe without any money receipt.I asked many times but not received yet even my things reached to me.

Worst experience ever. My experience at every step:
Pre- packing experience:
It was good. They spoke very empathetically and sounded cheaper than other companies. They cleared all our doubts and were prompt in sending people to collect our packages.
Experience after packing and consignments reaching to their godown:
They continuously pressurized for insurance payment which should be an option. Finally the bill got settled in quite a higher price.
Then after full payment, they started sending us bills with wrongly mentioned dates and after several discussion, finally we got a corrected one.
Experience after payment:
This was the worst experience. There was no proper tracking. After several messages and calls occasional uncertain replies or false hopes came.
Finally, we received our household parcels after 12 (company estimation was 7 days) days and our car after 1 month and 4 days ( company estimation was 7 to 10 days).
Though the household items were in good condition, we were shocked after seeing our car's condition. They promised us to transport car by carrier but they drove the car all the way from chennai to kolkata. They also tried to manipulate with the digital display due to which the system got autolocked and the driver seat adjustment handle was also broken. We shared proofs with pictures with the concerned company person but no action was taken. Please think twice before availing service from this company 🙏

Recently, I Have taken the transportation Service From Chennai To Hyderabad. Everything Was On Time And Reached Safely. Manish did A Good Job.

I recently had a house shifting from New Delhi to Patna , overall, my experience was good. The executives were on time and professional, packing was proper , pickup and delivery were as anticipated .however, it has been a great experience with cloud packers. They are quick to respond, and people are good. They are helpful. My stuff was packed properly, and pictures were shared of the same. They then shared the tracking details. My stuff reached my home within four days from delhi to patna (bihar).

Cloud movers and packers are frauds. I used their service to move from Pune to Bangalore. I was made to pay twice the amount initially decided even though my box count went up by just 1. They hide all information from you, and surprise you with more expenses as you go along. They charged me extra for insurance, then the delivery guy made me arrange labour on my own to get my goods to the second floor. I had to unpack everything on my own.

If you want to do away with your mental peace, then opt for Cloud Movers and Packers.
I will try to shed some light on the malpractices that Cloud (as well as other movers and packers) are practicing. I hope it will help others and may be bring about a change in this Industry.
1. They will give you a quote which is reasonable, and then blow it up to 2x once your goods are picked. I was given a quote of Rs 15K, and then got revised quote of 29K even though the list was exactly same. Multiple threats of complaints made them bring it down to 20K. That itself should tell you how shallow their business is.
2. My 49 inch TV and computer table arrived broken. I had insisted strongly that I need an insurance, but as you will find from other reviews, they promise but dont get it for you. I made sure they share a copy before I made the payment, but still they opted for some cheap insurance and didnt inform me. Always make sure 'jolts and mishandling' clause is covered. I didnt know about this, and now I am suffering.
3. Get everything in writing in email from them in the beginning itself, that they wont charge any more money in different stages of goods transport. That goods will be delivered at home and you wont be asked to pick it up from warehouse, that goods will be brought inside the house and unpacked and there wont be any extra charges. They will try to fool you by playing with words but you have to be careful. I am glad I had everything in writing, still the transporter asked me more money after reaching at place, at which point I called up Cloud and made them talk to him. That worked fine.
4. The insurance claim got denied as I already mentioned. And since then Cloud contact person stopped receiving my calls, and I am not getting response on emails either. I am in the process of filing a consumer complaint and i have already sent them a notice on mail (which is mandatory).

The whole industry in Movers and Packers segment is corrupt. They need something similar to what RERA is doing for real estate. Very strong regulations are a must. Moving from one city to another is a big event in a person life, and going through such traumatic experience can really leave a mark. Their industry doesnt understand this. They will eventually suffer and may be experience permanent bans.
They anyways dont do any transport themself. In my case they outsourced the transport part to Delhivery. Delhivery took just Rs 4k-5K from them and all the remaining money went to their pockets. I would suggest contacting a big carrier like Delhivery directly . They will do it for a much cheaper price. Though still precautions need to be in place.
Make sure all goods are packed properly in front of your eyes. Get a copy of the contract if possible, dont sign it blindly. Properly count the items, and get it in writing that they will unpack the goods after delivery. Its a very challenging process. I am still glad that I got most of my goods delivered. There are cases where the movers and packers refused to deliver the goods saying the truck driver ran away with goods. Thats why Insurace! I wish you all the best.

Cloud packer and movers are worst to deal with vague quotations. Poor follow ups
They provide quotations without survey and they tell customer misguide them.

Delay is packing,delay in delivery, poor communication poor, coordination
This company is all worst out together. There is no transparency in quotations and they charge all hidden charges.

Very bad service. Dont trust them what ever they say. They damaged my things even after keeping things with them in storage. While shifting they damaged half of my costly thing. Please dont keep storage and shift through them ..they dont take care about the belongings even after insurance also.

Service very bad, the materials had been damaged.. Staff is not helping informs and delivery date.
