I ordered and got a confirmation but my order never arrived. I tried for over 6 months to contact the company for my order or a refund. Somebody would occasionally respond but no action was never taken. They stole $60 from me.

I placed an order for a pair of Cloudsharks in July 2024 and paid for expedited shipping. I contacted the company 2 weeks after I ordered to find out why my merchandise had not been shipped. They told me they were having trouble clearing items through customs and were moving stock to a new warehouse and that I should receive them soon. After multiple more communications with customer service over the next two months and the same story, I still had not received my order despite the fact that they had charged my credit card prior to even processing the order! I then checked again in September only to find out that they had taken the web site down, suspended customer service operations and taken my money with them!

Worst experience ever. Placed an order in July for a birthday gift and never received updates and it never arrived. Reached out for support and was told their products were being moved to another warehouse and would be another 2 weeks for the shipment. Still nothing. Then come to find the site taken done and A LOT of others got duped the same way. Never got a refund or the product I purchased. GARBAGE.

I get lots of compliments on them. Cute, well-constructed..

SCAM! Someone should open a class action against this company. Rampant fraud.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. They will take your money and never ship your product. They advertise orders ship within 5 business days and if you contact their customer service you get an automated email that someone will respond within 24 hours and you NEVER hear back.

Ordered, a month went by no delivery, all emails got was an auto reply and ignored

Complete scam! They send you text messages but won't respond to emails. Their response to 15 day late order processing is "please allow 48 more hours then email in again". I had to call my bank to get my money back. They are not a legitimate company.

Been waiting two months now they keep saying order been hold up by customs

This company is a SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Took me over 2 months to get my credit card dispute to refund my money. SCAM, FRAUD, BUYER BEWARE

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Their 3-5 business day shipping is a lie. They are not shipping from Florida either. It was shipped from overseas. I ordered may 7th and still haven’t received my order. I disputed the charge with my CC and they finally responded but shipping out my order (supposedly) even though I told them not to. I communicated with Dionne and it was lie after lie and at one point they stopped communicating until I put in the dispute. Terrible company.

Tried to buy from cloudsharks.co. They brag about their fast 3-5 days delivery, but it's a lie. I purchased on Jun 26, and reached out via email on Jul 4 because up to that point my order still showed as "confirmed" (i.e. wasn't shipped). They assure you via an automated email that they'll reply back in 24 hours. Another lie; I had to send a second email in order for them to reach out. They said they were having problems with their warehouse, so I believed them and did not ask for a refund, and instead decided to wait for a week, which they mentioned was the amount of time it was going to take for my order to ship. A week passed and NOTHING. I've emailed them at least twice or thrice now, with no response. They are not a serious vendor, and at this point I even doubt the reviews in their website are real. SO PLEASE, REFRAIN FROM BUYING FROM CLOUDHSARKS.CO

The product is great I just wish you had bigger sizes because I am a size 13 and I had to get the 12.5 and there a little small and tight
