Cloud vapours advertise buy 5 get 1 free on the £25 120ml bottles of e-liquid, they fail to mention that this is only for a bulk buy, it is clearly misleading and in my eyes deliberate on their part.

Good evening Stephen. It is disappointing that you have left a 1* review for an issue which has already been discussed and clarified via email. We are not misleading anyone - our Buy 5 Get 1 Free offer is one which we have run for several years and our customers take advantage of this daily - no one has ever expected to buy single bottles over a period of a month or two then receive a free bottle. When on our website if you add 5 bottles to your basket a 6th free bottle is added automatically. We did explain this already when you emailed to query. We are a small business facing a particularly challenging time with our stores closed during lockdown but despite this we are working hard and continuing to provide an excellent service to our customers - the rest of our Trustpilot reviews are testament to this. Having explained this to you already there is nothing further than I can offer by way of resolution.
