Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Called Wirral branch to fix windows and front door, part needed for the door. Communication was great, kept informed when part arrived and sorted problem same day.
Would highly recommend this company!

Great service, great product
Highly recommend this company. Alan from C2C came round promptly to quote for 2 new windows, and 2 hinge replacements. 2 guys turned up a week later and all was done within an hour. The new units look exactly same as existing windows. Very pleased indeed

Just had a window in our Garden Room…
Just had a window in our Garden Room replaced by this company. Firstly they came out within 24hrs of calling to quote, then arranged a fitting date during the quote and all done in 7days.
Service from both Alan and the fitter was first class.
Will definitely recommend although hope dont need to use again personally!

Quality glass replacement.
Great experience from when we got an estimate for replacing the faulty glass in the two windows till the the two people came to do the job. The work was carried out in a professional manner with no mess , I would recommend this company to anyone who wants their glass replacing in their windows.
