STU came and measured and gave a price Then 10 days later fitted the glazing with his din and did good job ,and was very pleasant all.thro.

Originally we ordered 6 replacement panes of glass but after Sean and Jack fitted them we decided to have a further 6 and an inside conservatory roof to insulate the existing external roof. Both were professional, friendly and efficient in all they did and we are so pleased with the results. They arrived as arranged on time, worked hard and very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them and this company.

I phoned C2C on Nov 21st, Stuart visited to measure & quote on Dec 2nd and the installation was Dec 16th

everyone was friendly, efficient, explained everything clearly, installation was less than 30mins, carried out quickly with no mess, all rubbish removed

Quite shoddy workmanship. We had 8 panels replaced on 8 December and they were left with a gluey smeary substance on the surfaces which looks even worse when the sun shines through. I have tried to remove the smearing with normal window cleaners including NilGlass but the smearing remains. I have now resulted in methylated spirit but even that is struggling to clear the glass. I'm afraid our experience is not Cloudy2Clear - rather Cloudy2Smear.

The two fitters were friendly and quick.
But i did have to advise them of the work that needed to be done and where. Something i would have thought be on a works list as agreed with the sales guy.
Once finished, they left quickly without checking if i was fully happy. i did have a question, but the younger chap didnt know how to answer.
Next day i discovered that some of the catchment plates for window locks were in the wrong place and i had to redrill them into new positions to allow my windows to fully lock and seal. Furthermore one of the old window locks was thrown into the garden. All rubbish should have been cleared not thrown into clients garden.

Replacement window was installed quickly and with no inconvenience.

Very good experience will use them again. Pleasant work force installing them.

I arranged for 3 firms to quote me for a replacement window and Cloudy2Clear were the only ones who initially recognised what type of style it was and was able to provide a quote on the spot which was very reasonable. 1 firm took a look and wasn’t prepared to quote while the 3rd firm never got back to me. Cloudy2Clear came back within 2 weeks and installed within 15 minutes. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful and I will always use them in the future. Excellent service!

If I could give no stars I would. Not a local company as advertised but national with a 0800 number.
They arrived late for the quote when I'd taken a morning off work. Were here for 2 minutes,quoted £568 for one pain of glass!! Got other quotes with genuine local well reviewed companies, less than half the price.

The speed and friendliness shown by fitter. Arrived on time cleared any mess which there was little of. As they made a excellent job of first one I decided to have another one done and it was another excellent job8. Cost very reasonable and am saving to get other windows done

Only 2 days after my first contact a Cloud3clear gent arrived and having measured the windows gave us a quote on the spot, which was accepted. Seven days later the new windows were installed , even every speck of dust was removed . A truly excellent service
