You gave a good timely service throughout, both with the good information when contacting your representative Gloria and with the actual fixing of the window by your operative Iain. All very pleasing.

Iain and Alex were very professional, friendly and did a fantastic job of our windows. Georgia in the office was also fantastic in sorting our bookings for us. If I ever need anymore replacing I would honestly go nowhere else.

After a long wait , waiting for the insurance to come through , the original quote was honoured, the fitted was on time and pleasant

Communication from the minute I made the enquiry via Checkatrade was first class, prompt text messages and even more important, following my instructions as I did not want my in-laws to pay for the service provided.

Professional, good communication.....

From start to finish we knew we were dealing with professionals with nothing to complain about. Communication was good at all stages and there was courtesy and care during the actual fitting. And, of course, the price was less than replacing a whole system and the timescale and work disruption far less. Conclusion: very pleased.
