I had an issue with a product (manufacturing error). I buy regularly direct from the website and complained through their contact form there. I was promptly contacted by a down to earth guy called Liam who was apologetic and keen to resolve the issue. The resolution was generous and prompt. What Cloudz sell has always been top quality but the customer service is above and beyond and I will continue to rave about and purchase your products. Thank you!

Love the brand, always buy pink papers but the new roach cards are awful, please go back to the originals. It's not the perforated ends, but the quality of the card has changed and often splits in half!! Especially the red ones!
