Supposed to be shipped from Italy?
Live in Canada. Ordered 19/01. Still not arrived 01/03. Customer support say have reshipped No tracking. Refuse to refund purchase price.

What a joke don't buy off this company the package looked as though it had already been returned.

I ordered a personalised dog blanket, December 3, hoping some sort of chance for a Christmas present. But i am based in Australia and realise it may take a little longer . I have now sent 4 messages to customer support with no response. When i login it has my order as paid and current . when i go to shipping it says oops there is no current order .While i am not sure that i will get the item, the fact that there is no response from customer support makes me think i have been scammed. I hope the appropriate authorities are aware .

They took my money, but never shipped anything. SCAM!

Bought the UnbreakaBear. Dog chewed it up in twenty minutes. Clove jewellery are refusing to provide a refund.

Suspecting they use fake reviews or have swapped the product with one of VERY low quality.

I asked for full refund. They wanted a photo. I PROvided them with it. Now tHey answer they want a code. Scammers

Complete scam send wrong product and they know it because when you complain the have a compensation mail ready but full refund will not be provided. Pictures on the website show completely different product then the actually shipped product.

Complete scam order HAAS duck for a stocking filler in November 24 and it never arrived. Emailed to find out where it was and they sent another order through. When this one arrived it was a completely different team. When questioned they offered USD2 as compensation!!! Now I have a gift that is no good and no refund for their error. I would start well clear. Wish I had checked out these reviews first.

koop je iets was 34 euro kwijt geven ze uit coulance 6 US dollars voor de kapote levering.

Trap er niet in en zoek verder krijg je het goedkoper en betere services.

Absolute scam, ordered 24 November and has still not arrived 6 weeks later. Tracking number looks fake. DO NOT BUY.

Scammers. They provided a tracking number which was so obviously fake that it showed the item had been delivered to an address elsewhere in the country yet that place never existed. They continually ask you to have patience. But for how long? Weeks? Months? Request a refund and you never hear from them again.

Clovejewelry is a SCAM. Order placed on 19 Oct 2024. Shipping would be 3-5 days. They charged my credit card the full amount of USD 107.73 The order was never shipped. Sent tons of emails, which remained unanswered. CLOVELUXJEWELRY IS A TOTAL SCAM! THEY STOLE MY MONEY. Looking at ways to get my stolen money reimburesed!

I got scammed.
I ordered from this company thinking it was an American company.
The items shipped from overseas and took forever to not get here. One day I get a notice that the items were delivered. They were not. I contacted them to find out what happened and I went around and around with an AI bot. I asked for an actual USPS tracking number. They skirted the question. I made a claim with Paypal and paypal said it was delivered, but again, couldn't give me a valid tracking number. I was going to leave a bad review on Clive Jewelry's site, but there is no place to do that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Stay away from these people, please! I ordered two dragon eggs from these folks and waited over 2 months for them to arrive. I even paid the $12.95 express shipping fee. I did get the the eggs after I filed with paypal because these people also charge me an additional $12.95 for "tax" - On a $40 order. I don't think they even shipped the order until after I filed with paypal. They even indicated on my paypal payment that the item would arrive within 3 to 5 days. Lies! Anyhow, the company name that they used to process my paypal payment was Ayor Trading Co., Limited. Ayor sells on Temu, so buyer beware. If you look up Ayor, you'll see lots of scam alerts and a few court cases as well.
