Excellent customer support
Accessing customer support was very straightforward. I was impressed with the speed of reply and the prompt attention to the issue. One slight observation - it would be a lovely personal touch if all emails were signed off with a name.
Firstly, I wanted to confirm that the shoes I wanted were suitable for my vegan lifestyle and secondly, I had an issue with delivery, which has been promptly and considerately handled. The item I'd purchased and received was of good quality. The delivery times take a while, but the company do their best to appropriately update customers - by not over or under sending communications.
