am writing to formally request the cancellation of my Club Exotica membership. When I first joined, I was informed that I would receive four complimentary dinners per year. However, during my birthday, I was told by your representative, Prateek, that the buffet system was not available at my location and that I should pay the bill, which would later be reimbursed. I paid Rs. 2,000 out of a Rs. 5,000 bill, but the reimbursement was never processed.

Later, I inquired about New Year passes and was told none were available. I also requested a family vacation booking, sending an email on January 23rd, but only received a reply on February 4th. The suggested property was not suitable, so I requested a change and provided a new date of March 1st. Despite multiple reminders, I received no further response. As a result, I had to self-fund my vacation.

Given these repeated issues and lack of support, I find no benefit in continuing this membership. I request that you deduct any applicable charges and refund the remaining balance of Rs. 35,000 that I paid at the time of booking. Alternatively, if a refund is not possible, please assist in selling the membership so that I may recover my funds.

Worst experience ever at the time of sales they was saying that we will answer your call and massages but now they are not responding my calls and my mails which was sended by me one day before .
Then I was demanded refund of my deposit again they are not responding.

I would like suggest them do not take this club membership for vacation it was a totally fraud company.

Do not take their membership they are not standing on their own words for their after sales service.

I attended a presentation where I was shown a table of holiday offers, including stays at luxurious 4- and 5-star hotels. During the presentation, there was a lot of pressure to make an immediate decision. The offer ranged from ₹2,50,000 to ₹5,50,000 for a 5 to 10-year plan, promising 6 days and 7 nights of vacation each year, among other benefits.

However, after doing some research and speaking with friends, I came across several negative reviews online. Many people reported that the company did not deliver on its promises and often became unresponsive. Concerned, I tried to contact them by phone and email, but received no response.

I decided to cancel my plan within the 24-hour cancellation window as stated in their policy, which includes a ₹10,000 administrative charge. Although I found the fee to be excessive, I visited their office in person after multiple failed attempts to reach them. Following 10–15 days of continuous calls and emails, they finally confirmed the cancellation and informed me that the refund process would take 40–45 days, with ₹10,000 deducted.

Now, they are asking me to remove my reviews on Google Business, even though I have not yet received my refund. Based on my experience with their poor customer service and lack of communication—many times their official customer care number is even switched off—I have little confidence that they will honor their refund timeline.
