If someone's wondering - this store is not a scam. I ordered few items and got them. Shipment takes some time tho. I would say these items are decent quality but could be better for the price.

I ordered one tshirt w tracking number for shipping, even payed extra for it, they didnt gave me a tracking number, i wrote to the support, they answered me once and than never heard back from them. It still says that it got shipped its been 12 days and no shipment tooks 12 days from Germany to Italy. Really bad experience, i’d never recommend it absolute scam. They dont know what they are doing.

I ordered two t-shirts and I haven’t got it! After i read some of the other reviews I don’t think I ever gonna get the products….

I ordered a couple of times all ready and had zero problems. Until this time.... I ordered two different shirts in two separate orders. I'm still waiting to receive those and I ordered 4/5 months a go.. After a lot of mails with no reply to their customers service, they said the order must have been lost at DHL en they will send a repair order. I do not believe two separate orders both disappeared at the DHL. Now I'm still waiting for the ''repair'' order. Waiting almost 2 months at this point for the repair order… and zero contact at the customers service…

Ich habe 2 T-Shirts bestellt die nach 2-3 Tagen geliefert werden sollten. Nach 4 Wochen und Androhung einer Anzeige wegen Internetbetruges wurde dann geliefert.
Ein T-Shirt in der Lieferung entsprach nicht der Bestellung. Auf Anfragen zur Falschlieferung wurde nicht reagiert. Um keinen noch größeren Schaden zu erleiden habe ich das T-Shirt nicht auf eigene Kosten zurückgeschickt.
Vom Einkauf in diesem Shop würde ich absolut abraten. Es gibt gar keinen Kundenservice.Meiner Meinung nach ist Club de Presage unseriös.
NIE WIEDER!

Um bei Reklamationen nicht auf Probleme zu stoßen, würde ich nur mit Zeugen und gleichzeitigem Video öffnen.

Bestellt am 29.05.2024, bis dato (21.06.24) leider noch keine Rückmeldung, weder Mail, Insta o.ä..
Habe mal auf northdata geschaut und würde mich ggf. ende Juni an Behörden wenden, da das Wiederrechtliches Verhalten ist. Sollte ich noch eine Rückmeldung oder meine Sendung erhalten, sehe ich davon ab. Schade das der Herr sich wenig um Costumer Service kümmert!

I have to contact my bank to get my money back.

My t-shirt just arrived, their website is legit. That being said, I can’t say much else that is positive. The design of the shirt is nice (also why I bought it), but the quality is mediocre at best, quite see through, which is a shame. The fitting of the shirt is also not the best, even tho the length of the shirt is fine, it fits funky.

Ich habe am Black Friday letzten Jahres einige Kleidungsstücke bei Club de présage bestellt, diese sind jedoch nie bei mir angekommen. Auch nach häufigem Kontaktieren des Support Teams wurde mir weder die Ware noch das Geld (ca. 150€!!) zugesendet.

Total waste of time.
Shirt ordered as birthday present, 3 weeks later nothing received no reply to emails so had to do a charge back through my bank.
Money was back in my account within a couple of hours 5 stars for Monzo bank.
Club presage get one star and they don’t deserve that.

Habe nach dem ich bestellt habe ewig nichts vom Händler gehört!Keine Regung nachdem ich per Mail gefragt habe wo meine Bestellung bleibt!Erst als ich nach 5 Wochen per Paypal mein Geld zurück gefordert habe ,kam mal ein Lebenszeichen!Nach weiteren 2 Wochen dann auf einmal die Lieferung, allerdings unvollständig!Auf Nachfrage wieder keine Antwort!Nach weiteren 2 Wochen dann von Paypal die ernüchternde Nachricht der Fall ist zu gunsten des Verkäufers entschieden, da er die Lieferung ja nachweisen kann!Was für eine Enttäuschung!!!
Unglaublich!Also bitte erspart euch das!!!

Das Falsche Tshirt erhalten und dann haben Sie sich streitig gestellt die Rücksendekosten zu übernehmen obwohl die in der Pflich dafür stehen. Ohne Paypal wäre ich auf meinem Geld sitzen geblieben. Absolut keine Empfehlung und den größten Stress den ich je mit einer Falschlieferung hatte!

Artikel bestellt, falsche Lieferung. Kleidung für weniger Wert als bezahlt erhalten. Mehrmals kontaktier per Mail & Instagram keine Antwort und geblockt worden. Absoluter Mist!

The tracking number did not work and there was no response to my email inquiry which (after reading these negative reviews made me quite nervous) but the order did indeed arrive on time! The t-shirt is great, fit is also amazing, nothing to complain about but the lack of proper costumer support.

Ware ist nie angekommen, auf Mails wurde nie reagiert und Geld nur dank Kreditkartenversicherung zurückerhalten. Finger weg!
