This is the same company that goes by Callen Ford. Sunglass quality is a cheap piece of shit. Customer service doesn't respond to inquiries.

The delivery service is representative of this company. Poor.... the delivery driver from emileexpress, threw the delivery item at our door. Yes threw it. When confronting the delivery driver why he threw our order? He walked away, got into his car and give the middle finger. Do Not Buy from this company if you value your purchases and have poor customer experience.

The worst company - shipping took 4 weeks. Product quality was inferior and their customer service is terrible. They don’t answer or respond. And they don’t have anyway for you to return items.

This store is basically a high-end boutique yet somehow they are able to sell their products at half the cost. I bought a few different things from them including shoes and a sweater and they were all very good quality.

If I could give 6 stars I would! The quality of these sunglasses is fantastic I don't know how they are selling them for such a low price.

I ordered a pair of flats recently. The delivery time was decent but it is worth it to wait because I absolutely loved them. Unfortunately they were a little too small but I just let customer service know and they sent me a larger pair for free. You can't get that kind of service at many other places.

The sunglasses I got are pretty good. Same quality you would get from Ray Ban or Oakley but for a fraction of the price. Delivery time isn't too bad either but it was definitely worth the wait since it's such a good deal. I'll probably be buying more from here in the future.

I was skeptial at first since ordering clothes online can be risky, but the jacket I bought did not disappoint. You can definitely tell it is high quality and will last a very long time.

After checking retunr policy I ordered a pair of boots for 60 $. Came from China, bad boots. Ankles so small that even the sipper did not close and the size was one smaller. I ask for return. Was instructed to send nicely packed (even used my own box) tracking and paid 13,65 $ to the address in Texals WITH TRACKING. I inquired and told they dont have the boots because they should be send to address in TÄURKEY! Big scam of the worse kind.

P.S. Paypal decided in my favor in minutes, meaning I am ot the only one who reported a problem with them.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses through a Facebook ad. I used PayPal, but didn’t realize that for some reason PayPal auto filled an old work address for delivery until I received order confirmation. So I emailed Tareno customer service immediately and received an automated response that someone would get back within 24 hours. That did not happen so I called and left a voicemail, as their customer service line is just a voicemail box. I did this two days and three days after the order confirmation. No one ever got back to me. Today I received an email stating the order is being delivered to a former work address where I have not been employed for three years. Very infuriating that no one bothered to even return my email or phone call. And now I’m being charged for something I’ll never have delivered to me. Horrible customer service. I suspect that this is just some sort of Chinese import company with a warehouse fulfillment center and no real customer service office. Stay away !!

I absolutely love the jacket that I bought, unfortunately it was a little small for me but customer service was very prompt in sending me another one free of charge!

Bad clothing brand. They get you clothes from china with a marked up price at the wrong size you didn’t order. Then proceed to have a really slow customer support that closes tickets after responding with a question. Making you wait another week.

This site seems like a scam. I would avoid it.
