WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I placed an order with them on November 26th 2025!
I’ve only just received my order now and it’s March 14th 2026! 😡 After It got to Jan 26, I sent several emails, with no response, it was only when I threatened them with lodging a PayPal dispute, that they actually sent my order with a tracking number! DO NOT BUY. FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have waited nearly 2 weeks for my order to arrive and it’s still not here. It’s still in America. Please don’t waste your money and go elsewhere. I have asked for a refund but they have refused. Do not buy from CLC

My first order was placed on the 28th of December and at the time the products I had selected were in stock. I appreciate this product comes to America and I’m in the UK but it took over a month for me to receive these products. By which point I didn’t really need them anymore. I ordered two Lash sets and the duo glue and glue remover plus the seal bond. When the order arrived, you only have a two Lash sets and the glue and no remover to get them off. I then contacted the company who apologised for this and they sent me the items for free. Please were ordered on the 4th of February and three weeks later they’ve only just been dispatched. So I’ve been wearing these lashes with a very strong glue which is very difficult to get off. I’m a Lash technician myself and I wouldn’t recommend using this glue to anybody as it can really ruin your eyelashes. Safe to say I will never be ordering from cluster Lash club again and we’ll stick to the ones that I find on Amazon for £9.99!

Absolute disgrace, took 7 weeks to deliver an empty box with a packing slip stating everything is on back order 🤷‍♀️ scamming people shame on you and refusing refund

I never received my order after over 2 months no tracking number available and I am being ignored by the company. I sent many emails be careful guys

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Absolute scam of a company. Waited 5 weeks for my order - items are missing THAT I PAID FOR. I’ve contacted “customer service” 8 times with no response or resolution. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

They took 6 weeks to send me 2 thirds of my order with no contact despite my many attempts and yet they knew this as they deleted my comments and saw my messages. I have neither my money nor product

This was a horrible experience, it took almost a month for my product. I messaged the email and chat on website, they do not care and just give a sorry excuse. I should have read the reviews. Oh and btw you have to pay for your own returns! Worst customer service and experience! Do not waste your money.

Wish I'd have seen the reviews before ordering! Ordered on 10th December received them today, 17th Jan. After lots of emails asking for my money back they finally sent my order. Haven't tried them yet but not expecting much after seeing the reviews!

I waited over 5 weeks for this product with minimal communication and refusal for cancellation/refund from company. Once I received the product my lashes stayed on for 48 hours. I sneezed and one of the clusters just flew off. I have been doing lash clusters for 3 years now and this is by far in my bottom 2 for bonds/sealants. Do not just. All of the hype on Instagram is fake

Only gave one star because I couldn't give a zero.. I waited almost 2 months! Then, when they said they would be delivered, my order was attempted to be delivered to my billing address instead of my shipping address! So they were sent back!! I ordered on nov. 29th, it is January 10th and I still don't have my oder. And on top of all that, they quit responding to communication! I just hope I get a refund at this point!! Very disappointed!!

Ordered 30th November 2015, still not arrived. Not responding to any form of contact. AVOID!!!!

Original order placed mid Nov for black locked in glue which I didn't receive. After numerous emails to customer service a replacement was sent which finally arrived today. I applied my lashes using the glue which was 12 hours ago. The glue didn't dry, stayed really tacky and lashes have already started to fall off! The worst glue I have used in the 2 years of wearing cluster lashes!!! Do not bother ladies... Absolutely rubbish product!

Scam never dispatch orders I ordered 1 months ago I had to contact my bank for a refund

I got the bundle of the natural volume lashes, the lock it glue, seal it, unlock and the tweezers. I like the lashes but wish there was a size between the 12 and 14 as they don’t look seamless on my eye. Also the lock It glue is most definitely not waterproof. The lashes Come off like regular lashes without really trying, definitely don’t last more than 1-2 days maximum even without getting them wet. I was so looking forward to not having to reapply every day whilst on holiday and using the glue on other lashes but sadly doesn’t live up to the hype at all. The seal it stings my eyes so badly and doesn’t seem to do much apart from getting stuck to the tweezers and leaving black marks on my eye lid. Very disappointing and don’t recommend.

I contacted customer service because the glue dried out after only two uses. They told me they would send a replacement, but it’s been over 6 weeks and I’ve received nothing. I’ve followed up multiple times with no response. Horrible customer service and a horrible product. I would not recommend

Do not order from this company they do not send anything. My order was confirmed but they haven’t shipped. I’ve emailed them three times and had no reply. I’m gonna have to contact the bank to get a refund.

Scam! I never received my order! When I looked up the reviews many others complain about the same thing! STAY AWAY!

Not even 1 Star they are a zero! I wish I would’ve came here and seen the reviews first! It’s been a month and still haven’t received my order! DO NOT order from this company they are horrible! Not to mention still NO refund! I think we should all go to the Better Business Bureau on this company and tell them they are scamming multiple people!
