Love it!
Love this glue for my bra straps and their customers service went above and beyond for me when I had questions about how to use it:)

No customer service response!
I ordered this product the last week in November. I received a tracking number for the USPS that just stated it was awaiting the item . As of today, (12/14/25) I have not received my product. I inquired at my local post office & they informed me the product was never received for mailing. I have emailed, no response. I have messaged via Instagram & no response. I have commented on their Instagram website & no response. I will be contacting my credit card company to report this company

Hi Bernadette, we're really sorry to hear about the delay with your order. We responded to your email on December 2nd letting you know your order was on its way and to keep an eye out for the tracking details and we haven't heard back from you since then. We'd love to help sort this out properly, so please reply to that email thread or reach us at info@clutchglue.com whenever suits.
Great Product! Great Customer Service.
This is a great product! After trying it, I wanted to order more, but due to customs issues, it was returned to Clutch Glue. I emailed them about it, and they have issued a refund, which I will use to reorder. I would really recommend this product and their kind customer service. Clutch Glue has been a game changer!
