I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience in the hope it helps improve the service.
My solar panels were installed on 7 May 2026. The installation team were friendly and professional, and the work itself appeared to be carried out well.
However, the experience after the installation has been disappointing.
Before the installation I was expecting a different panel layout based on what had been discussed, but the final installation differed and I never really felt I received a clear explanation as to why.
There were also delays before the system was fully operational, and over two months later I am still waiting for my monitoring app login details. This means I have been unable to monitor my system’s generation or performance since it was installed.
I’ve had to chase this by both email and telephone. When I called recently, I was told it could take a couple of weeks, so I’m still waiting and hope this is resolved soon.
My smart meter also doesn’t appear to show electricity export in the same way as similar nearby installations, which has left me unsure whether everything is working as expected. Without access to the monitoring app, I have no way of checking.
Overall, I think the installation itself was good, but the communication and aftercare have let the experience down. A solar installation shouldn’t end on the day the panels go on the roof. Customers should be able to monitor their system and have confidence that everything is fully set up and working.
I hope these issues can be resolved soon, and if they are, I will happily update this review to reflect that.
